Una ragazza mi ha trovato il pezzo richiesto in un minuto e siccome avevo il campione rotto al seguito ha fatto un confronto e qualcosa non gli tornava. È tornata di là e ne ha preso un altro diverso, quello corretto. Bravissimi. Very well-stocked assistance center, very trained and fast female staff. A girl found me the requested piece in a minute and since I had the broken sample in tow, she made a comparison and something was not right. She went back and took another different one, the correct one. Very good.
A	Alice Mangili on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto una stella solo perché non si può mettere di meno. Per quanto riguarda la mia esperienza non ho alcun motivo di consigliare questo posto. A ottobre 2021 portai il mio pinguino da loro per farlo riparare dato che non funzionano piu i programmi selezionati(imposto aria condizionata e invece parte il deumidificatore e altri problemi). Rimaniamo d'accordo per un preventivo prima di farlo sistemare e che sarei stata richiamata dopo una settimana. Da quel giorno sono spariti... Lì ho chiamati io due volte a distanza di tempo per avere notizie e mi fanno rimbalzare dicendo che avevano avuto problemi, perciò porto altrettanta pazienza e aspetto dell'altro tempo. Siamo arrivati a oggi che siamo a Marzo 2022 per cui capito direttamente in negozio per capire come mai dopo 5 mesi e mezzo non sono mai stata ricontattata. Mi restituiscono il pinguino dicendo che il tecnico non ha trovato nulla che non va( perciò si sono tenuti il pinguino 5 mesi e mezzo senza farsi mai sentire e senza sistemarlo restituendomelo con gli stessi problemi di ottobre). Io chiedo come mai se era pronto da restituire non sono stata chiamata per il ritiro, mi sento rispondere che loro mi hanno chiamata ma ero io irraggiungibile. Quindi anche le prese x i fondelli dato che non credo proprio di essere rimasta per tutti quei mesi irraggiungibile telefonicamente. Sicuramente se avrò bisogno mi rivolgerò altrove ma mai più li. In October 2021 I took my penguin to them to have it repaired as the selected programs no longer work (I set air conditioning and instead the dehumidifier and other problems started). We agree for a quote before getting it fixed and that I would be called back after a week. Since that day they have disappeared ... There I called twice after some time to get news and they make me bounce saying that they had had problems, so I bring just as much patience and wait for the other time. We have reached today that we are in March 2022 so I understood directly in the shop to understand why after 5 and a half months I have never been contacted. They return the penguin to me saying that the technician has not found anything wrong (so they kept the penguin for 5 and a half months without ever being heard and without fixing it, returning it to me with the same problems as in October). I ask why if it was ready to be returned I was not called for the collection, I am told that they called me but I was unreachable. So also the taken x the pads since I do not think I remained unreachable by phone for all those months. Surely if I need I will go elsewhere but never again there.

Mai capitata una gestione tale del cliente. Il tecnico è stato invece onesto es esaustivo nella risoluzione del problema. Metto 2 per la grave scortesia ricevuta telefonicamente dall'addetta alla gestione del cliente per ben due volte Pure telephone rudeness. They closed the phone in my face twice when I asked for information on the quote I had requested. Such customer management has never happened. The technician, on the other hand, was honest and exhaustive in solving the problem. I put 2 for the serious rudeness received over the phone by the customer management employee twice

Per quanto riguarda l'esperienza di riparazione, un vero disastro! Elettrodomestico "tenuto in ostaggio" x mesi, con la scusa covid, e restituito ancora guasto. Per fortuna che da altre parti c'è ancora voglia di lavorare in modo professionale... Qui non consiglio di perdere tempo. The lady who answers the phone is really rude, does not listen, does not let people talk and hangs up without even saying hello. As for the repair experience, a real disaster! Appliance "held hostage" for months, under the covid excuse, and returned still broken. Fortunately, elsewhere there is still a desire to work professionally ... I don't recommend wasting time here.
