 Brand new apartment oleandra rossa una favola has a huge terrace with a breathtaking view, equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, but in the evening even in August the temperature is cool. Recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabiana ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin - sie hat uns zur Begrüßung selbst gemachtes Pesto geschenkt mit einer Liste, was alles drin ist, falls wir Allergien haben. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp hat super auf englisch geklappt Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, nur leider ist das WLAN so schwach, dass man über den TV keine Anbieter streamen kann und über den Laptop nur wenn man die Qualität stark runter setzt (vielleicht kann man einen WLAN verstärker einbauen), die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Bett sehr bequem, nur ein nudelsieb hat uns gefehlt, da der große Topf keinen Deckel hat. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön und hier fährt mindestens 1 mal die Stunde ein Bus mit dem man nach Como und Bellagio kommt. Bringt ein paar Wäsche klammern mit, falls ihr waschen wollt. Die Leinen hängen außerhalb des Balkons und sonst fliegt alles weg. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut, sodass keiner frieren oder schwitzen muss. Bei booking.com wird die Wohnung als Ferienhaus ausgewiesen, aber es ist nur eine Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist komplett neu saniert und sieht auch von außen sehr ansprechend aus. Es gibt einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung. Die anderen liegen auf der anderen Straßenseite mit einem steilen weg, an dem die betonierte kante teilweise so hoch ist, dass wir mit unserem Auto (nichts dran gebaut) aufgesetzt sind - also passt da echt auf, denn lackschäden sind echt ärgerlich.
Fabiana is a very nice landlady - she gave us homemade pesto as a welcome gift with a list of what is in it in case we have allergies. The communication via WhatsApp worked great in English. The apartment is well equipped, but unfortunately the WiFi is so weak that you can't stream any providers on the TV and only if you turn the quality down significantly on the laptop (maybe you can use WiFi install amplifier), the kitchen is well equipped, the bed is very comfortable, the only thing missing was a pasta strainer because the large pot has no lid. The view is beautiful and there is a bus at least once an hour that takes you to Como and Bellagio. Bring some clothes pegs with you in case you want to wash. The lines hang outside the balcony and everything else flies away. The air conditioning works well, so nobody has to freeze or sweat. On booking.com the apartment is shown as a holiday home, but it is only an apartment. The apartment has been completely renovated and looks very attractive from the outside. There is a parking space in front of the apartment. The others are on the other side of the street with a steep path where the concrete edge is sometimes so high that our car (nothing to do with it) is touched - so watch out, because paint damage is really annoying.

Op wandelafstand 2 Goeie restaurants met wederom magnifiek uitzicht.
Aanrader voor koppel.
Beautiful balcony, air conditioning, kitchen, all the trimmings. We'll be back here for the view alone.
Within walking distance 2 good restaurants with again magnificent views.
Recommended for couple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dettagli fanno veramente la differenza, ambiente pulito tenuto veramente bene, una vista lago spettacolare, biancheria letto bagno pulita e profumata il dolce di benvenuto è inoltre il particolare un omaggio floreale in occasione del mio compleanno e anniversario di matrimonio, se fate un giro a Nesso vale la pena soggiornare all 'oleandra!!! The details really make the difference, a clean environment kept really well, a spectacular lake view, clean and fragrant bed linen, the welcome dessert is also a special floral tribute on the occasion of my birthday and wedding anniversary, if you take a tour to Nexus it is worth staying at the oleandra !!!
