Le Onde Apartments

Hi All. I am sharing my opinion already few months after our stay in Le Onde and to be honest, I am still full of emotions. Lombardy, Como, Onno is the place where I could definitely live. Not only because magical views, but also because of people. Our Host, Stefano is the true Ambassador of this Region. He's full kindness and cordiality. Very, very positive person, who is always ready to help and advise. All our questions were answered better than expected. Thank You Stefano! :) Few words about apartment. Very clean and spacious. Apartment plan is allowing to rest in very comfortable way. Large living room and two separated bedrooms. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Well equipped kitchen, which allow to prepare tasty meals. To make it complete, I would only install there a dishwasher. Huuuuge terrace with awesome view, where we were enjoying wine and local titbits. Just below apartment there's a restaurant with unbelievable fish meals. A bit pity that they do not serve pizza, which we just love. However just few minutes away, in Onno You can eat or order with delivery very good pizza. So, no problemo :) Restaurant have very nice outdoor area next to lake and beach with nice view. Ok, it's also next to road, but that's something we can live with. That's just, how the Como looks like: road is surrounding whole lake which is surrounded by mountains, which doesn't leave a lot of space for infrastructure :) Here it's mandatory to mention about parking. During Como tour You will definitely notice that parking place is a real treasure. Le Onde have fully fenced big parking. True tressure! Behind outdoor area, guests have their own, private beach with terrace with sun umbrellas, deck chairs and storage space where we kept pontoon engine. Also, there's a very useful boat slip, which allow launch pontoon into lake. Lake... it's not possible to describe it. You just HAVE to see it on Your own eyes. I really recommend to see it from the boat. Onno is definitely not really party town. It's a calm and quiet area. It's perfect place if You're looking a place to rest and charge batteries. I could talk and talk about it for hours. But it's definitely better to go there and I will visit Onno and Stefano for sure! I truly recommend this to You.
