The town of Onno is a fraction of Oliveto Lario overlooking Lake Como, a branch of western Lecco and positioned under a spur of rock: "Sasso di Onno". It features a marina and a small pier for mooring boats during the summer season.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adoro questo lago e le sue spiagge, unico neo: i sassi, portatevi scarpine da mare.
Il sole cala presto, dunque se volete una bella abbronzatura riempitevi di crema e andate in spiaggia anche in ore post prandiali, durante la settimana si respira un aria tranquilla e rilassata, il weekend è vivace e caotico... Il luogo non offre molto i termini mondani... ma bar e ristoranti offrono un'accoglienza familiare dal sapore antico che resta come un piacevole ricordo...
Il comune sta facendo una sorta di passeggiata lungo la spiaggia, molto utile, visto che la strada è stretta e pericolosa sopratutto da percorrere a piedi,
L' acqua è cristallina e pulitissima, piacevole fare il bagno tra correnti fredde e calde, un toccasana per la bellezza e la salute, raccomando comunque di fare attenzione al lago e di non allontanarsi troppo dalla riva...
I love this lake and its beaches, the only drawback: the stones, bring beach shoes.
The sun goes down early, so if you want a nice tan fill yourself with cream and go to the beach even in post-lunch hours, during the week you can breathe a calm and relaxed air, the weekend is lively and chaotic ... The place does not offer much worldly terms ... but bars and restaurants offer a family welcome with an ancient flavor that remains as a pleasant memory ...
The municipality is taking a sort of walk along the beach, very useful, given that the road is narrow and dangerous, especially for walking,
The water is crystal clear and very clean, pleasant to bathe in cold and hot currents, a panacea for beauty and health, however I recommend to pay attention to the lake and not to stray too far from the shore ...
