★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Lage der Wohnung in Nesso war für uns geradezu ideal - ungefähr in der Mitte zwischen Como und Bellagio gelegen, gut mit verschiedenen Buslinien oder Fähren zu erreichen, mit eigenem Parkplatz ausgestattet und in reizvoller, romantischer Umgebung. Die Wohnung selbst ist ansprechend eingerichtet, mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Und der Balkon mit Blick auf den See hat uns beim Frühstücken oder Abendessen viel Freude bereitet. Kurz gesagt hat die Wohnung alles, was man für einen angenehmen und erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Geschäfte zur Deckung des täglichen Bedarfs liegen gleich um die Ecke, schöne Bars und Restaurants sind ebenfalls gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Dass man dafür die eine oder andere steile Stufe bergab und wieder hinauf überwinden muss, nimmt man angesichts des ausgesprochen leckeren Essens und Trinkens gerne in Kauf. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, nett und entgegenkommend, der Kontakt und Umgang mit ihm war uns immer ein großes Vergnügen. Fazit: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sowie am Comer See in vollen Zügen genossen. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen und finden das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr attraktiv.
The location of the apartment in Nesso was ideal for us - located approximately midway between Como and Bellagio, well served by various bus lines or ferries, equipped with private parking and in charming, romantic surroundings. The apartment itself is attractively furnished, equipped with everything necessary, very clean and well maintained. And the balcony overlooking the lake has given us much enjoyment during breakfast or dinner. In short, the apartment has everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing holiday. Shops around the corner are just around the corner, and nice bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The fact that you have to overcome one or the other steep step downhill and back up, you take in view of the very delicious food and drink gladly in purchasing. The landlord is very friendly, nice and accommodating, the contact and dealing with him was always a great pleasure. Conclusion: We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the stay in the apartment as well as on Lake Como to the fullest. We would book the apartment again at any time and find the value for money very attractive.

We had 7 days in this lovely apartment with balcony, kitchen, double bed & bathroom.
The bed was extremely comfortable, shower was powerful & hot, kitchen was very well equipped.
Everywhere was very clean & spotless.
It was on a hill which we knew when we booked & was good exercise after all the wine & food we consumed!
We loved the location, quiet yet all facilities nearby.
Shop/bar 2 minute walk & stocked everything you needed.
Sportsbar with a great few 5 mins walk.
Lovely cafe with 2 lovely ladies who would wave everyday down the hill just before the ferry terminus & always met with a happy chat (english/pigeon Italian) to the lovely chap who welcomes you on to the various boats. Como? Bellagio?
Fabio our AMAZING host was very welcoming & offered so much guidance, tips & info on things to see, do & places to eat.
He couldn't have been more helpful & genuine.
We had the most wonderful time, lovely host, welcoming locals, quiet yet enough to make you feel at home.
DEGINITELY COMING BACK! Hubby is bringing his road bike next time!
