★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Back on the most beautiful place at the Como Lake. So lovely and nice rooms with a balcony to enjoy the viwe over the lake. Wonderful family hotel. Mamma is baking croissants every morning and baking the best pizzas in the evening. Everyone and we mean everyone is nice and welcoming and making you feel good. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped here unexpectedly, had a beautiful lunch outside with the late afternoon sun. The pizzas were delicious... Really exceptional. Home style, slightly thicker than wood fired, intense flavorful toppings. The house special Tre Rosas cocktail and draft beer were really good too. Service is "authentic" but who cares. We sat, we ate and it was great. Definitely recommend for a stopover while you're en route to Bellagio or Como on your motorcycle, bike, or drop top. Grazie mille a tutti! ??

The setting is almost unbeatable, the experience almost unbearable.
I have quite honestly never experienced worse service. The food itself was passable (at most) but the waiter was without a doubt the least attentive, worst mannered person I have ever had the misfortune of meeting.
I love nothing more than finding small town restaurants in out of the way towns, but the very least I expect is to have a waiter who makes eye contact with me when I attempt to order food, pay the bill or ask for cutlery. The assistant waiter, Claudio, was great but was clearly held back by his vastly inferior quality “superior”.
The only way to save this place, beyond bringing in Gordon Ramsay, is to sack the lead waiter as soon as possible and to employ a replacement who doesn’t hate his paying customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked their hotel service and everything was clean and nice. However, the restaurant next to it was horrible. The menu was nice, but the service and manager of the restaurant was racist and mean. We were the first people to ask for the bill but he took other 2 tables first and got other more tables orders. He even made a mistake with the bill and he threw the money and credit card at me. This was so frustrating and I would never want to have another meal at here. This made my image of italy so bad. I would recommend no one to go to this place, unless you liked to get treated bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped here for lunch today and were received in such a friendly way! Lovely risotto with fresh fish and pasta with asparagus we had, very good! Luca went out of his way to show us the way to the waterfall, just a 8 min beautiful walk down to the lake. So friendly! Will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good. We entered thinking this was just a small pizzaria but in fact this was a proper restaurant. If we had realized we would have dressed a bit better since we were coming back from some walk. Nice setting, nice waiter. I recommend.
