Negative: Love everything about there, the only problem is that the road from Como to there is really narrow and you must be an experienced driver to be able to handle..

This time we were hiking from Nesso to Veleso and had lunch at Bella Vista. I love the place with its amazing view and extraordinary menu with delightful dishes. Paolo is a great chef and the whole team of Bella Vista is super friendly. I am already looking forward to my next visit at Bella Vista!

The breakfast was varied and generous and the owners were helpful and friendly. Plenty of space for parking (with a little manoeuvring up some steep hills and hairpin turns.). Negative: Food in the restaurant was lovely but fairly pricey..

The view from the balcony was magnificent , the room is very comfortable - simple and basic but impeccably clean. The owners are so charming and honest! Extremely helpful and always served us with a smile. The location is perfect for long walks and aperitivo on the main terrace. They even have ice-cream! The restaurant is the icing on the cake - quality!! Grazie per l’ospitalita’ :). Negative: Nothing.

The food was amazing and the view was indeed "bella". The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Thanks to them we had a great last evening in Italy with my parents. Grazie mille a tutti! Cibo ottimo e servizio fantastico!

The food was incredible and we had the best time! Thank you for our lovely stay. (the address on Google maps is wrong, when the road op the moutaind diverts in 2, take left instead of right)

My partner and I have numerous dietary restrictions and the first thing he did was give us a menu that he had marked up with the options that he would be able to modify to meet our restrictions. He then modified all 7 courses on the fly for us, and the dishes were all beautifully presented and delicious. His thoughtfulness blew us away!

Totally deserves the name belle vista (beautiful view), the lake view from the small village with ripen grapes and vine hanging above is really something enjoyable! Food is very impressive fine dining - starts with snacks of think crispy potato chips and crispy cheese on carved lake stone, following by ham on toast; then the first course we had amazing risotto and guinea foul ravioli! Main course the rabbit is a must try! Deconstructed rabbit meat wrapped with think bacon, great creamy mashed potato and amazing sauce! Totally worth a try!
