★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the last three years, I guess old wild west is on a course of decadance. Today, the beef was not the best, accutely lacking taste and freshness. The ribs were far from the smokey delicious treats that they were supposed to be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was good, kind and courteous. We waited a bit for our food. The rib burger tasted like it was microwaved as well as the fries. My wife got steak and it definitely wasn't fresh. The beer on tap was flat as well.

Only complain was the "mezza baffa" di costine was too small and meager.
But my daughter always enjoy the coppa alaska that they have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4th day in Rome and you're fed up with pizza&pasta? Then come for a wonderful texas style eat out. Beautiful design, very friendly staff, very affordable prices and most importantly, absolutely no pasta and pizza on the menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've been to this place several times, and tried lots of good plates. We keep going back because of the variety of the options on the menu, and the great taste the dishes provide. Staff is friendly, food is tasty, and the interior takes you all the way to the old wild west. They really do live to their name. The dishes in the photos are ribs tacos, chili con carne, and the yosemite plate. Highly recommended place ?
