Il cannolo deve essere GRANDE E CON RICOTTA STRABORDANTE!!! Non PICCOLI E "SPATOLATI" A mo di "LISCIATA DI VACCA" come si evince dalle foto! Buoni attenzione, ma se deve essere così non vale i km ne la benzina spesa e si possono comprare tranquillamente a Palermo da qualsiasi parte (oppure andare un po più su al piccolo locale di salumi e formaggi che ve li fanno più grossi e più pieni!! Mi dispiace per il commento, anche perché avevo un bel ricordo e ho gustato una cioccolata buonissima, ma le "braccine corte" portano a questo! Preparati espressi, dal primo morso si nota subito l'artigianalità, con un sapore deciso della ricotta fresca e lavorata come fatta in casa. Nondimeno, sottolineo la simpatia ed ospitalità del gestore, che vedendoci soddisfatti ci ha offerto dei biscotti tipici da accostare al loro buon caffè. Da non perdere. Sublime Sicilian cannoli. Il proprietario gentilissimo ci ha consigliato benissimo. I	Iveta Greenwood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We drove 1 hour from Palermo specifically to have a cannoli in this bar which suppose to be the best. What a disappointment it was. We were there at 10.30am. There was almost nothing on display so we asked for cannoli and the lady behind the counter went inside (me thinking "great it will be freshly done") and very fast produced a cannolo on a stainless steel tray which looks like it was used before and handed it to me. My husband ordered another pastry from their display and she added it to the tray. Then we ordered cappuccinos to go with our morning tea. I almost cried when I tasted the cannolo. It was overly sweet with burned pastry - nothing what I used to have. It didn't taste fresh at all. My husband pastry was not appetising either. The coffee was not too far behind. The whole experience made me sick for couple of hours. Normally I would take a picture of my special food experience but this time it was not worth it.
