La pizza è davvero buona, impasto leggero e soffice con prodotti freschi e di qualità, vasta scelta di gusti ed inoltre c'è la possibilità di prendere delle farine alternative. Location carina ma niente di speciale. Consigliato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ormai quando ho voglia di una buona pizza, salgo a Piana degli Albanesi, a parte i 10 gradi in meno di temperatura rispetto all’afosa Palermo trovo pure una pizza fantastica. Oggi abbiamo provato la montepellegrino e la Delizia con aggiunta di mozzarella di bufala; entrambe ottime.
