Dopo 6 mesi dall’installazione , invio una mail con descritto la problematica , ovvero la porta finestra della terrazza ed alcune finestre che non erano regolate bene. Ad agosto invio la mail e nessuno li risponde. Lì contatto i primi di settembre dicendo che avevo necessità dell intervento e mi rispondono che sarebbero venuti loro dopo 2 settimane. Non si vede nessuno , attendo in altra settimana e li chiamo , scusandosi mi dicono che sarebbero venuti la settimana seguente ma al mercoledì non sentendo nessuno provo a chiamarli e mi dicono che non sarebbero venuti perché erano sotto numero !!!!! Non so ad oggi 20 ottobre quando verranno…se trattate così i clienti…fallite molto presto !!!!! Professionals ???? As long as there is to pay, they are very good .... After 6 months of installation, I send an email with a description of the problem, namely the patio door of the terrace and some windows that were not properly adjusted. In August I send the email and no one answers them. I contacted them in early September saying that I needed the surgery and they replied that they would come after 2 weeks. Nobody is seen, I wait for another week and I call them, apologizing they tell me that they would come the following week but on Wednesday not hearing anyone I try to call them and they tell me that they would not come because they were under number !!!!! I don't know today October 20th when they will come ... if you treat customers like this ... you fail very soon !!!!!
