Fiduciosi del nome e del buon marchio di cui sono concessionari, ci siamo affidati a loro per l'intera ristrutturazione del ns appartamento:porte,infissi,tapparelle.
Sicuramente di noi non potranno dire che non ci conoscono come abbiamo letto in altre recensioni. PRECISO CHE I LAVORI SONO STATI FINITI CIRCA DUE MESI FA FORSE NEMMENO.
L'apparenza dell'elegante show room e la gentilezza del commerciale hanno purtroppo mascherato la realtà.
FIN DA SUBITO siamo rimasti perplessi perchè pur sbagliando l'ordine di due finestre la loro risposta fu :" in fin dei conti non vi stiamo lasciando al freddo". Abbiamo segnalato FIN DA SUBITO problemi a un oscurante che sapevamo non garantisse il 100% di buio, ma tagliato non correttamente da un lato lasciava passare più luce rispetto all'altro; la prima loro risposta è stata: "il prodotto va bene così" successivamente dopo nostra insistenza la risposta loro fu: "lo stesso problema l'abbiamo riscontrato anche da altri clienti infatti non tratteremo più il prodotto", ma intanto noi continuiamo ad averlo difettoso. Assistenza Pessima !
Abbiamo poi segnalato un rumore a tapparella elettrica in terrazza da loro ignorato come tutto il resto, rumore che poi si è sviluppato nella rottura violenta della suddetta mettendo in pericolo chi stava passando sotto.
IN TUTTO QUESTO SIAMO STATI DA LORO GIUDICATI COME CLIENTI NON GRADITI SOLO PER AVER FATTO PRESENTE CONTINUAMENTE QUESTI PROBLEMI CREATI DA UN AZIENDA CHE DOVREBBE ESSERE SERIA E PROFESSIONALE Non meritano nemmeno una stella !!!!!!!!!

Surely they will not be able to say that they do not know us as we have read in other reviews. PRECISELY THAT THE WORKS HAVE BEEN FINISHED ABOUT TWO MONTHS MAY ALSO BE MISSED.
The appearance of the elegant showroom and the kindness of the commercial have unfortunately masked the reality.
FROM NOW ON we were perplexed because even if the order of two windows was wrong their answer was: "after all we are not leaving you in the cold". We immediately reported problems with a dimmer that we knew would not guarantee 100% darkness, but not properly cut on one side allowed more light to pass than the other; Their first response was: "the product's okay" their answer later after our insistence was "the same problem we also found by other clients it will not discuss the product," but in the meantime we continue to have defective . Bad Assistance!
We then reported an electric roller shutter noise on the terrace they ignored like everything else, a noise that then developed in the violent rupture of the aforementioned putting in danger those who were passing below.
IN THIS ENTIRE WE HAVE BEEN JUDGED BY THEM AS A CUSTOMER NOT RIGHTEOUSLY ONLY FOR MAKING THESE PROBLEMS CREATED BY A COMPANY THAT SHOULD BE SERIOUS AND PROFESSIONAL THEREFORE IT SHOULD NOT DESERVE a star !!!!!!!!!

Porte e finestre di qualità superiore per materiali ed estetica, prezzi in linea con la tipologia di prodotti, ne vale assolutamente la pena .
Montatori precisi e molto attenti (hanno montato 9 porte interne di tutti i tipi : scorrevoli, standard, blindata, in vetro , in legno più finestre e porta finestra scorrevole con parquet posato senza il minimo problema)

Ho chiesto un prodotto di qualità per non avere problemi futuri.
Le porte sono costate quasi mille euro l'una ma
fin da subito hanno presentato problemi grattando sul pavimento, problemi non risolti nonostante diversi interventi.
Solo dopo più di 2 anni, hanno risolto "gratuitamente" dopo anche due interventi a pagamento, e definitivamente il problema ad una porta, sostituendo le cerniere a scomparsa con una serie rinforzata.
Adesso mi ritrovo con una porta funzionante, con 3 porte che strisciano e due inutilizzabili.
Per la sostituzione delle cerniere mi hanno detto che essendo passati anni, la riparazione era a mio carico, nonostante mi sia lamentato dal PRIMO GIORNO.
Nonostante abbia diverse prove, mail telefonate e video, ho preferito non far nulla, tranne questa recensione.
Mi rivolgerò a qualcuno di più serio per farle sistemare.
I bought 6 interior doors from them.
I asked for a quality product to avoid future problems.
The doors cost almost a thousand euros each but
immediately they presented problems scratching on the floor, problems not solved despite several interventions.
Only after more than 2 years, they resolved "for free" after even two paid interventions, and definitively the problem with a door, replacing the concealed hinges with a reinforced series.
Now I find myself with a working door, with 3 doors crawling and two unusable.
For the replacement of the hinges they told me that having passed years, the repair was at my expense, although I complained from the FIRST DAY.
Despite having several tests, emails, phone calls and videos, I preferred to do nothing except this review.
I'll contact someone more serious to get them fixed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All' atto dell' acquisto furono efficienti anche se cari a parità di prodotto. Il dramma è arrivato con l' assistenza post vendita: per nulla disponibili, con tempi biblici e costosissimi. Prodotti di quel tipo devono avere un' assistenza post vendita efficiente perchè non si possono certo sostituire finestre come se fossero fazzoletti.

Products of that type must have an efficient after-sales service because they certainly cannot replace windows as if they were handkerchiefs.

I prodotti Finstral sono validi anche se si sono fatti attendere molto, purtroppo il periodo è sfortunato da questo punto di vista, anche se avrei preferito che il ritardo mi venisse comunicato prima della scadenza prevista. Fortunatamente la seconda data comunicata è stata rispettata in pieno. Il montaggio è avvenuto senza particolari intoppi ad opera di un gruppo di tre montatori simpatici e organizzati.
Mrs. Elisabetta is very kind and helpful. Finstral products are valid even if they took a long time to wait, unfortunately the period is unfortunate from this point of view, even if I would have preferred that the delay was communicated to me before the deadline. Fortunately, the second date communicated was fully respected. The assembly took place without particular hitches by a group of three nice and organized editors.
