Ottimo anche il servizio di posa in opera effettuato da artigiani qualificati . Decisamente un bel posto dove fare acquisti per abbellire la propria casa con arredi e materiali di pregio ,very good !!! Shop with really well-equipped showroom. Spero per voi che non dobbiate mai avere bisogno dopo il montaggio dei mobile perché inizierete con Chiamate, email a cui non riceverete neanche risposte. Hanno fatto passare mesi e mi sono trovata con un tavolino di vetro graffiato che quando da settembre 2018, momento in cui avevamo mandato l’email di lamentela, ad aprile 2019, momento in cui sono finalmente riuscita amettermi in contatto con loro, mi è stato risposto che era troppo tardi e l’azienda non lo avrebbe cambiato più. Ancora, sempre da Settembre, aspetto che mi cambino una madia che è risultata difettosa dal primo giorno, cosa constatata anche dal loro montatore. Dopo mesi e mesi sono venuti finalmente a marzo 2019 solo per vederla, ad aprile, sempre dopo mie chiamate, mi hanno detto che i primi 10 gg di maggio avrei avuto finalmente dopo 9 mesi, la madia sostituita. Ho chiamato sempre io 2 gg fa ma ancora ad oggi non si sa nulla di che fine ha fatto la nostra madia Continuo a dire, fino a quando parli con gli arredatori va tutto bene, super bravi e diponibili ma se dovessi avere bisogno del post vendita a, completamente INCAPACI. Mi avevano già avvisata ma non volevo crederci ed invece mi èproprio successo questo. Riuscirò mai ad avere il mio mobile sistemato? They had already warned me but I didn't want to believe it and instead this happened to me. Will I ever get my furniture fixed? Who knows

Da loro ho acquistato solo la cucina sto ancora aspettando che mi risolvano i problemi ( sono ormai passati 2 anni) nel frattempo ho arredato i rimanenti 270 metri di casa da altri. Sconsiglio vivamente Bad service, very high costs, faulty appliances not replaced, so many unfulfilled promises. Katia ci ha assistito per la progettazione cambiandolo di più volte in base alle nostre richieste (che pazienza!). Noi abbiamo comperato la cucina, non vediamo l'ora di cominciare ad usarla, sarà l'ambiente più vissuto della casa! Competent and helpful staff, excellent value for money. Katia assisted us with the design by changing it several times according to our requests (what patience!). We bought the kitchen, we can't wait to start using it, it will be the most lived-in environment in the house!

A fronte di acquisti di mobili di buon livello il servizio reso è mediocre sotto tutti i punti di vista. Mi sono spostato a Modena per concludere l'arredo di casa.
