Dopo molti giorni che non ho ricevo risposta, invio una seconda mail e telefono per sollecitare e mi viene detto che avrebbero risposto a breve....dopo altri giorni di mancata risposta, invio loro una terza mail liberandoli da un impegno mai assunto per rivolgermi alla concorrenza e, ovviamente non hanno risposto nemmeno a quest’ultima mail..... Prendono il mio numero e mi dicono che mi avrebbero contattato da lì a una settimana per fissare l'appuntamento. Passano due settimane e non si fanno sentire. Li richiamo, si scusano per il disguido, dicono che probabilmente è sfuggito (ok, può capitare) e mi dicono che avrebbero segnato la richiesta come urgente e che mi avrebbero contattato a breve. Ad oggi (sono passate altre tre settimane) ancora niente. Col risultato di perdita di tempo da parte mia che, per aspettare loro, non ho contattato altre ditte. A occhio e croce mi sembra un comportamento poco professionale. Dovrò anche mettere una tenda da sole ma a questo punto mi rivolgerò altrove. I go to the shop to ask for mosquito maintenance. Prezzi assolutamente competitivi cortesia e affidabilità. Un pochino lenti nella preventivazione ma per chi lavora seriamente è nella normalità. Hanno anche cancelli e veneziane, insomma, tutto quello che vuol dire infissi. Lo consiglio sicuramente.
