A mio avviso è il negozio di Bike di riferimento su Bologna, competenza e professionalità al top e sopra tutto una propensione al problem solving e al rapporto post vendita innata , per fare il mio esempio ho avuto problemi di garanzia con il marchio della mia E-Bike che ha impiegato un tempo lunghissimo solo per rispondere , bene, Ferretti si è preso carico dei problemi ordinando direttamente i ricambi a suo carico bypassando la casa madre.....ciò non è da tutti!......se poi vogliamo parlare dell'assortimento che hanno di bike e di ricambi...che oggi mancano quasi ovunque sono anche in questo caso al top. Ho letto alcune lamentele riguardo ai tempi di attesa in negozio e al fatto che al telefono raramente rispondono....sì è vero, ma pensate a quanta gente in questi ultimi 2 anni si è affacciata a questo settore, le persone che lavorano in officina se dovessero rispondere a tutti non farebbero più il proprio lavoro....occorre avere pazienza e state certi che sarà ben ripagata. In my opinion it is the reference Bike shop in Bologna, top competence and professionalism and above all a propensity for problem solving and an innate after-sales relationship, to give my example I had warranty problems with the brand of my E- Bike that took a very long time just to respond, well, Ferretti took charge of the problems by directly ordering spare parts at his expense, bypassing the parent company ..... this is not for everyone! ... we want to talk about the assortment they have of bikes and spare parts ... which today are missing almost everywhere are also in this case at the top. I have read some complaints about waiting times in the shop and the fact that they rarely answer the phone ... yes that's true, but think about how many people in the last 2 years have entered this sector, the people who work in the workshop if they had to answer everyone they would no longer do their job .... you need to be patient and rest assured that it will be well repaid.

Non posso che complimentarmi a pieni voti con tutto lo staff di Ferretti Bike, a partire da Claudio che ha curato la vendita e a tutti i ragazzi dell' officina. Sempre cordiali, disponibili, tecnicamente preparati e professionali. Consiglio questo negozio a tutti i bikers, un vero punto di riferimento per gli appassionati. Continuate così! Grazie mille davvero. Last night I picked up my new Mondraker. I can only congratulate with flying colors all the Ferretti Bike staff, starting with Claudio who took care of the sale and all the guys in the workshop. Always friendly, helpful, technically prepared and professional. I recommend this shop to all bikers, a real reference point for enthusiasts. Keep it up! Thank you very much indeed.

Nel rimontare il motore Bosch revisionato dalla casa madre, hanno dimenticato di inserire le rondelle alle viti di montaggio; questo ha causato due deformazioni con crepe nel telaio (le viti senza spessori hanno spinto troppo durante il serraggio) e una delle filettature si e' addirittura spanata. Inoltre, non hanno posizionato correttamente le guaine passanti del cambio e sono state schiacciate dal motore causando problemi di cambiata. Più danni che altro, meglio che si limitino a vendere. A reputation not up to par. Superficial and not very attentive mechanical service. When reassembling the Bosch motor overhauled by the parent company, they forgot to insert the washers to the mounting screws; this caused two deformations with cracks in the frame (the screws without shims pushed too much during tightening) and one of the threads even stripped. In addition, they did not position the thru sheaths correctly and were squeezed by the engine causing shifting problems. More damage than anything else, better they just sell.

L	Lorenzo Autore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bravi e onesti abito dalla parte opposta di Bologna, ma dopo un paio di esperienze negative con meccanici nella mia zona, mi sono deciso a portare la mia ebike da loro per riparazioni e revisioni. Ho scoperto uno staff di persone competenti e gentili, disposti a fornire spiegazioni e consigli anche quando il negozio é strapieno. Ho portato la bici per la revisione delle sospensioni e la settimana successiva l'ho dovuta riportare per un altro problemino. Sono rimasto sorpreso quando non mi hanno chiesto un soldo per l'inervento, sebbene il problema non centrasse nulla con il loro precedente intervento. Ho comprato anche dell'abbigliamento, non propriamente economico, ma mi hanno fatto un bello sconto. Di questi tempi fa piacere, visto che i soldi per le cose voluttuarie sono sempre meno.
