I montatori sono stati bravissimi e precisi e consiglio questo punto vendita anche perché Giovanni (il titolare) è giovane ma esperto. G	Giuseppe Picciolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, mi sono rivolto a loro per sostituire gli infissi di casa, dopo il preventivo hanno fatto le rilevazioni con il tecnico, quando mi è arrivato il preventivo definitivo le mie finestre si erano ristrette di 10cm, sono andato a parlare con il sig Giovanni, il quale in modo frettoloso e con poca cura del cliente mi ha liquidato dicendo che mi avrebbe contattato per un nuovo sopralluogo con il tecnico per verificare le misure. È passato un mese silenzio assoluto. Mi sono rivolto ad un altro rivenditore Okonoplast, problema risolto ed ordine effettuato con successo. Io direi che il tizio dovrebbe cambiare mestiere visto che sono una imprenditrice che sta aprendo un,attività e magari se fosse stato gentile avrebbe venduto anche un’altra porta che mi occorreva. Soddisfattissimo per il prodotto e per il montaggio dei tecnici, molto bravi e professionali. Avevo fatto altri preventivi con altre ditte, ma come qualità-prezzo mi ha dato piu fiducia Oknoplast di Roma Infissi. Con Roma infissi ho fatto anche le porte interne Garofoli, anche qui molto bene. L'unica cosa negativa, ma non per colpa loro, i tempi di attesa molto lunghi, ma in questo momento molte forniture stanno subendo forti ritardi. I ordered Oknoplast fixtures in September 2021, as shown in the photo, assembled at the end of January 2022. Very satisfied with the product and with the assembly of the technicians, very good and professional.
