S	Stefano Galli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato un groupon di 3 massaggi presso questo struttura ma purtroppo Dalla proprietaria Siamo stati accolti con freddezza e maleducazione fin dal primo momento. Il primo massaggio è cominciato con mezz'ora di ritardo nonostante non ci fosse nessuno nel negozio, non ci sono stati esposti in maniera chiara i diversi massaggi e in più è durato in tutto 30 minuti invece dei 55 previsti. Per il secondo massaggio purtroppo la mattina in cui avevamo appuntamento abbiamo chiamato 4 ore prima dello stesso per disdirlo perchè mia moglie aveva 39 di febbre e nonostante la nostra correttezza nell'avvisarli ci hanno detto che ormai il massaggio era perso. Visto il modo in cui siamo stati trattati abbiamo deciso addirittura di non usare il terzo massaggio. Direi che se queste sono le caratteristiche personali, sconsiglio vivamente di fare un lavoro a contatto con le persone. Ho comprato un pacchetto di tre cere total body ed anche se alcune zone non le tratto (baffetti, sopracciglia o inguine) il centro ha sempre voluto un’aggiunta per parti del corpo minuscole (più piccole di quelle non trattate) e non comprese nel pacchetto. L’ultima volta ho provato a fare il baffetto e mi hanno bruciato. Ho ancora il segno. Probabilmente sono stata sfortunata ma non tornerei! Unfortunately it was not a positive experience. Ho provato l'estetista Tania per la ceretta, ragazza gentile, educata e professionale, poi ho fatto un taglio uomo con Caterina la parrucchiera, anche lei altrettanto professionale e competente. Devo dire che sono rimasto molto soddisfatto, lo consiglierò e possono considerarmi un cliente fisso ? They spoke highly of this beauty center / hairdresser, I was convinced and I went. Abbiamo usufruito di un regalo di 3 massaggi su Groupon e l’ultimo massaggio è stato anche annullato, con la scusa che l’appuntamento sarebbe stato ad un orario diverso da quello che ci è stato comunicato per telefono il giorno prima. Dal primo incontro siamo stati accolti dalla scortesia della signora alla reception (immagino la proprietaria del salone) che ci ha accompagnato in tutto il percorso. Il massaggio dura al massimo 35 minuti e non 45 come previsto. Un esperienza da dimenticare assolutamente. Avoid! Location scomodissima per parcheggio . 1)iniziano i massaggi in ritardo e invece di 45 dura 35 miniti. 2) poca pulizia , lettino pessimo . 3) stanza dove vengono effettuati i massaggi insulsa e anche rumorosa , dovendo il mio essere un massaggio rilassante ho avuto il rumore del motore credo del condizionatore nelle orecchie tutto il tempo. 4) Signora alla reception ASSOLUTAMENTE NON CORDIALE , ho chiamato per cambiare giorno per un massaggio ed sono stato quasi aggredito telefonicamente , ho attaccato il telefono per rimanere un signore. 5) La ciliegina sulla torta è stata quando avendo modificato il giorno per un massaggio , arrivati al centro ci viene detto che l'orario era diverso ,sempre con il solito modo arrogante della signora . La signora che è la star del centro non ha nessun problema con me e con mia moglie ma è così con tutti , mentre aspettavo che mi facessero il massaggio sentito telefonate che faceva con altri clienti di un arroganza insopportabile. ho fatto i massaggi su groupon e ho fatto la mia recensione ma li non viene pubblicata . Sconsigliati a dir poco, ostili e neanche lontanamente professionali. Aggiornamento 3 Marzo 2022: mi dispiace che si tenti di cambiare le carte in tavola, ma nessun tentativo di prenotazione è avvenuto dall'oggi al domani. Ho provato ad effettuare una prenotazione da Maggio e le uniche disponibilità erano per Agosto o Settembre, a pochissima distanza dalla scadenza del coupon, rendendolo dunque inutilizzabile. Inoltre, trovo che tale tentativo di giustificarsi risulti decisamente fuori luogo, considerando anche come l'aggressività da parte del personale (citata da molte recensioni) non sia neanche lontanamente presa in considerazione come problematica. Comunque, complimenti per i molti clienti, l'autocelebrazione vince sempre su tutto! Non saprei. È stata veloce. Molto veloce. Troppo veloce . In mezz'ora ero già fuori. Il risultato (pessimo!) è stato che il giorno seguente avevo già molto smalto sollevato. 30€ presi e buttati nella spazzatura. Il mio consiglio è : se non si è in grado, per svariati motivi, di far fronte al minimo sindacale richiesto da un cliente, chiudete. Chiudete per ferie! Andate a riposarvi. Così non rischierete di perdere clienti, di ricevere pessime recensioni e ne guadagnerete in salute e dignitosa visibilità. Confermo e ribadisco che non è stato affatto un problema economico ma di prestazione professionale assolutamente inadeguata. Accogliete anche le critiche. Quelle costruttive! Aiutano a crescere e a migliorarsi, invece di difendere l'indifendibile. La professionalità si dimostra anche così. Che vuol dire, rendere i soldi?!
