Peccato che il personale del negozio non ha una targhetta con il nome senno avrei menzionato questa commessa per nome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno dei miei negozi preferiti, buon rapporto qualità/prezzo e buoni sconto reali per chi ha la tessera, sempre molto ordinato e ben organizzato. Non per ultima la cortesia e l'attenzione al cliente, uno dei pochi negozi in cui si scambiano anche due parole, a differenza di tanti in cui ormai entri ed esci con a malapena un buongiorno.
One of my favorite shops, good value for money and real discount coupons for those with a card, always very neat and well organized. Last but not least, courtesy and attention to the customer, one of the few shops in which they even exchange two words, unlike many where you now enter and leave with barely a good morning.

Sono stato accolto dalla commessa bionda joanna che si è presentata dandomi un caloroso benvenuto è stata un esperienza molto positiva!consiglio vivamente questo negozio .sicuramente ci ritorno.
Today I went to the okaidi shop in Empoli to give my niece a gift, I must say that it is a beautiful well-stocked shop with very affordable prices. I was greeted by the blonde saleswoman joanna who introduced herself giving me a warm welcome it was a very positive experience! I highly recommend this shop.

Mi sceglie gli abbinamenti giusti, cerca anche le offerte per farmi risparmiare e mi ha fatto conoscere l'abbigliamento intimo che non conoscevo.
Mi trovo benissimo, e le altre volte che sono andata e lei non era presente, mi sono sentita snobbata e ho ricevuto risposte secche senza neanche farmi vedere altre alternative, alle mie richieste/esigenze. Ho 2 figli maschi di eta' diverse e Simona mi ha sempre consigliato taglie e colori adatti a loro.
