Mi è capitato su 2 liste di aver scelto dei prodotti ad un certo costo e poi trovarmene altri, che ovviamente avevano un costo più alto. Il motto è: tanto è una lista, la gente ti regala quello che vuole. Ma non è tutto! Mi è capitato più volte di acquistare prodotti prezzati X e poi arrivare in cassa e costare X + 1 o 2 €. Proprio stasera ho acquistato un ciuccio prezzato 8,49€ ed alla cassa è aumentato di 1€. Il cassiere ha esordito dicendo >. Peccato che gli ho fatto subito notare che c'erano ben 2 file di ciucci delle stessa tipologia, sia maschio che femmina, con prezzo ben esposto di €8,49. Un grande peccato perdere la fiducia così. Cercherò di comprare il meno possibile visti anche i COSTI ESAGERATI rispetto al web o altri negozi. Ho ordinato un passeggino 75 giorni prima del parto, mi è arrivato poco prima di entrare in ospedale e senza un pezzo. Inoltre, ho dovuto pagare di più di quanto stabilito nella bolla ordine. Seggiolino auto arrivato di colore diverso da quello ordinato. Zero serietà Unfriendly staff and very long time to get things sorted. Mi sento di fare una precisazione poiché, appena pubblicato la recensione, sono stata contattata dall'azienda per chiarimenti. Ho apprezzato molto questa cosa perché questo significa che l'azienda cerca di migliorarsi e di offrire un servizio sempre migliore al cliente, e non é cosa da poco. Ringrazio pertanto per la disponibilità e per la professionalità con cui sono state accolte le critiche. Unfortunately my experience with this shop is not too positive. Per quella che è la mia esperienza il personale è stato molto cortese, sempre disponibili ad aiutare in caso di necessità, fatta eccezione per la ragazza mora riccia (di cui purtroppo non so il nome) alla cassa sempre molto indisponente e maleducata!!
