★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prezzi fuori di capoccia, una microSD da 128GB a 77€!! ...la stessa identica scheda di memoria su internet si trova a 25€ con arrivo in un giorno!!... la cosa che mi è piaciuta meno è l'assenza del prezzo sui prodotti di questo tipo che molto probabilmente hanno prezzi fuori mercato. Fiutando la fregatura ho deciso di chiedere prima il prezzo e infatti ho fatto bene!!... Ho girato i tacchi e l'ho rimessa in scaffale e ciao ciao Mediaworld. Ci ho provato ad acquistare in negozio dato che spero che possano continuare a lavorare i dipendenti dello stesso, ma regalare i soldi così anche no!! Questi prezzi sono davvero da bagarini approfittatori. Senza contare le furberie che escogitano per cercare di estorcere più soldi possibili dai clienti. Ho deciso di lasciare questo feedback solo per cercare di dare una svegliata ai gestori, dato che non sono a favore dei negozi online ma qui si sta davvero esagerando!!... Non è possibile continuare a campare sulle spalle dei consumatori in questo modo, con dei prezzi completamente fuori mercato!! ... Per fidelizzare un cliente ci vogliono anni, per perderlo 10 minuti...sveglia!!!!!!!
 Prices out of the way, a 128GB microSD at 77 € !! ... the exact same memory card on the internet is for 25 € with arrival in one day !! ... the thing I liked least is the absence of the price on products of this type which most likely have prices outside market. Sensing the rip off I decided to ask the price first and in fact I did well !! ... I turned my heels and put it back on the shelf and bye bye Mediaworld. I tried to buy in the store since I hope that the employees of the same can continue to work, but not giving the money away !! These prices are really for profiteering touts. Not to mention the tricks they devise to try to extort as much money as possible from customers. I decided to leave this feedback just to try to wake up the managers, since I am not in favor of online stores but here we are really exaggerating !! ... It is not possible to continue living on the shoulders of consumers in this way, with prices completely out of the market !! ... To retain a customer it takes years, to lose 10 minutes ... wake up !!!!!!!

qualche giorno fa mi sono recata presso il punto vendita per richiedere informazioni su una lavatrice vista online.
La ragazza, Laura, è stata molto cortese e paziente nonostante tutte le mie domande e mi ha convinto poi ad acquistare un prodotto presente in negozio poichè quello che avevo visto non era presente.

Ho comprato uno spazzolino elettrico (orale B) due mesi fa da mediaworld sul sito web. lo spazzolino è tornato a casa, la batteria ha avuto un problema serio. Ho rispedito il prodotto all'azienda per la riparazione e sono passati 40 giorni che non hanno rispedito il prodotto. Ho provato a contattarli più volte e ho inviato un'e-mail. continuano a dire che il processo di riparazione richiede più tempo! Ho una domanda: quanto tempo ci vuole per cambiare una semplice batteria. Ripeto che questo prodotto mi è necessario e devo averlo. mi hanno detto che devo aspettare fino a 60 giorni e poi posso reclamare i miei soldi o qualcos'altro. sono un dentista e avrò bisogno di questo spazzolino da denti presto. Scriverò un'e-mail a B orale negli Stati Uniti e spiegherò loro la situazione.
Mediaworld is the most irresponsible and terrible electronics resale center. I bought an electric toothbrush (oral B) two months ago from mediaworld on the website. the toothbrush came home, the battery had a serious problem. I have returned the product to the company for repair and it has been 40 days since they have not returned the product. I tried to contact them several times and sent an email. they keep saying that the repair process takes longer! I have a question: how long does it take to change a simple battery. I repeat that this product is necessary for me and I must have it. they told me I have to wait up to 60 days and then I can claim my money or something else. i am a dentist and i will need this toothbrush soon. I will write an oral email to B in the US and explain the situation to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono deluso dal servizio offerto nel reparto telefonia ....ti fanno stare più di 40 minuti ad aspettare il tuo turno , nonostante fossi solo ..erano le 10 del mattino di un anonimo mercoledì...quando finalmente vengo servito mi accorgo con disappunto che circa il 70%dei telefoni non sono disponibili ...per rimediare cercano di indurti a comprarne un altro .. ovviamente loro fanno il suo mestiere ,mi sembra però un modo veramente poco professionale di gestire un reparto così focale per un negozio di elettronica.... basterebbe scrivere sopra ogni telefono esposto'" esaurito"al che un cliente si sentirebbe svincolato e libero di andare via senza perdere un ora di tempo

I am disappointed with the service offered in the telephony department .... they make you spend more than 40 minutes waiting for your turn, even though I was alone .. it was 10 am on an anonymous Wednesday ... when I am finally served I notice with disappointment that about 70% of the phones are not available ... to make up for it they try to induce you to buy another one .. obviously they do their job, but it seems to me a really unprofessional way to manage such a focal department for an electronics store .... it would be enough to write on each exposed telephone '"out of stock" to which a customer would feel free and free to leave without wasting an hour of time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passato domenica scorsa, ambiente più piccolo a confronto degli altri ma sicuramente non gli manca niente, ed è molto più tranquillo non super affollato. La restante struttura e ampia e con moltissimi negozi di vario genere piacevole per passare qualche ora.

Last Sunday, a smaller environment compared to the others but certainly nothing is missing, and it is much quieter, not super crowded. The remaining structure is large and with many shops of various kinds, pleasant to spend a few hours.
