Il personale Dopo aver venduto il prodotto al cliente non si interessa e da pochissime informazioni relative alla consegna della merce che avviene tramite un corriere di loro fiducia. L'acquisto è avvunto lunedì e la merce non è ancora stata consegnata e non è stata fornita unipotetica data di quando riceverò suddetta merce. Sono molto deluso anche perché si tratta di una consegna nazionale (Liguria) e non ci si può giustificare attribuendo la colpa di tutto ciò al Covid19

Il titolare, pure seccato perché il cambio gomme l'ho fatto altrove spendendo il 40% in meno, mi chiede quasi il doppio del prezzo corretto per sostituire i paraoli forcella . Sono anni che mi servivo da voi, da ieri bye bye. Se pretendi rispetto devi prima portare rispetto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto un problema al carburatore del mio Liberty. Ho consegnato lo scooter e in un paio di giorni hanno risolto senza spiacevoli diagnosi. Sono stati anche molto cortesi. È da diversi anni che porto lo scooter da loro e non ho mai avuto nulla da lamentare. I prezzi sono in linea con gli altri concessionari della Lombardia (sicuramente non proprio economici)
I had a problem with my Liberty's carburetor. I delivered the scooter and in a couple of days they fixed it without any unpleasant diagnosis. They were also very courteous. I have been taking the scooter to them for several years and have never had anything to complain about. The prices are in line with the other dealers in Lombardy (certainly not exactly cheap)

ho ordinato un pò di tempo fa la gemma della freccia posteriore sinistra della mia moto morini granpasso 1200,fatto sta che ho ricevuto per errore la gemma posteriore destra,alché ho comunicato l'errore e che avrei tenuto lo stesso la gemma ricevuta (almeno ce l'avevo di scorta).
Oggi vengo contattato e mi dicono che la gemma sinistra è arrivata e mi hanno chiesto solamente 7,00 euro di spedizione........io ho detto che non era un problema e che avrei voluto pagare lo stesso il prezzo totale,ma non ci sono state ragioni; mi hanno voluto inviare la gemma gratuitamente.....Sono rimasto senza parole,fortunatamente esistono ancora persone che tengono all'onore, sarò felicissimo di acquistare in futuro dalla loro azienda
