Ho dovuto lasciarla e siccome sto a 60 km mi hanno dato pure una bellissima Tuingo elettrica in sostituzione x andare a casa, il giorno successivo la mia auto era pronta sono stati rapidi capaci e professionali ( problema risolto)

I went through a problem with my Renault Laguna and they were very kind to have it checked right away. I had to leave it and since I am 60 km away they also gave me a beautiful electric Tuingo to replace it for going home, the next day my car was ready they were quick, capable and professional (problem solved)
What can I say .. I am fully satisfied. Thanks to all the staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bardzo dobry serwis Renault, polecam! Pomimo trudności językowych (z mojej i ich strony) (ale tłumacz Google okazał się pomocny) bardzo szybko zdiagnozowano usterkę i zaproponowano naprawę. Ceny nie oceniam, bo trudno porównywać i z czym? Ale naprawiono auto szybko i profesjonalnie, na czas naprawy proponując samochód zastępczy w ramach ceny. Jestem bardzo zadowolony i tylko mogę podpowiedzieć właścicielom, że w Polsce w serwisie przy takiej cenie bezpłatnie myją samochód. Ale umyłem sobie sam na myjni obok za 10 Euro :). Dziękuję i pozdrawiam serdecznie obsługę z serwisu. Piotr
Very good Renault service, I recommend it! Despite the language difficulties (mine and theirs) (but the Google translator was helpful), the fault was diagnosed very quickly and a repair was offered. I do not judge the price, because it is difficult to compare and with what? But the car was repaired quickly and professionally, a replacement car was offered for the duration of the repair as part of the price. I am very pleased and I can only tell the owners that in Poland they wash their car for free at such a price. But I washed myself at the car wash next door for 10 Euro :).
