★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualche tempo fa ho lasciato la macchina in officina per dei piccoli lavori,(in officina non è mai presente la macchina sostitutiva) sono andata a riprenderla e mi sono accorta di un biccio sullo sportello di sinistra che prima non c'era.Il Basso ha negato qualsiasi responsabilità costringendomi così a pagare il danno subito.
 Some time ago I left the car in the workshop for small jobs (the replacement machine is never present in the workshop) I went to pick it up and noticed a glass on the left door that was not there before. denied any responsibility thus forcing me to pay the damage suffered.

After a mechanical breakdown I have my car brought by the roadside assistance and nn being a local .... my Friend Sandro recommends this workshop ... Chiamato lunedì mattina per informazioni su un auto usata, confermo quanto scritto da altri Giuseppe persona gentile e simpatica, richiamato lunedì pomeriggio per prendere appuntamento per il giorno seguente per visionare l'auto, Giuseppe mi ha tranquillizzato e mi ha detto che l'auto era lì che mi aspettava, ho detto che avrei dovuto organizzarmi con il lavoro e fare 100 km per raggiungere Grosseto ma che comunque ero intenzionato all'acquisto e mi ha confermato la disponibilità dell'auto fino a mio arrivo. Arrivato un SMS 30 minuti prima della mia partenza con scritto di non partire che l'auto era già stata venduta.
Le persone possono essere gentili quanto vogliono ma senza serietà e correttezza si fa poca strada.
SERIOUSNESS, THIS STRANGE WORD.
Called Monday morning for information on a used car, I confirm what was written by other kind and nice Giuseppe, called Monday afternoon to make an appointment for the following day to view the car, Giuseppe calmed me and told me that the car was there waiting for me, I said that I should organize myself with work and do 100 km to reach Grosseto, but that I was willing to buy and confirmed the availability of the car until I arrived. A text message arrived 30 minutes before I left, saying not to start that the car had already been sold.
People can be as kind as they want but without seriousness and fairness they go a little way.

Continued delivery delays, arrogant and unprepared staff. The same day I left the workshop after yet another postponement, I had to go to another workshop where they solved the problem in 24 hours. Not recommended
