Ho voluto disdettare per un altro operatore sempre banda larga,va veloce e costa meno,mi dispiace Since August 2018 it started slow internet connection, I have sent several times for problems, it solved but it is not that great. I wanted to cancel broadband for another operator, it goes fast and costs less, I'm sorry
L	Lucio Giomarelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono cliente dal 2014 con 2 MG,poi sono passato a7 e da gennaio a 20 MG....risultato PENOSO,di sera e nei weekend a malapena si viaggia a 1MG,ho perso il conto delle telefonate all'assistenza,l'ultima era di mercoledi e l'operatore mi rispose di attendere,dopo qualche secondo mi disse che stavano lavorando al mio problema e mi avrebbero richiamato loro il venerdi seguente....ancora sto aspettando!Purtroppo legalmente sono ultratutelati quindi se vuoi recedere ho paghi fior di euro oppure ti attacchi .Complimenti siete il TOP. I am a customer from 2014 with 2 MG, then I went to 7 and from January to 20 MG .... result PENOSO, in the evening and on weekends barely travel to 1MG, I lost the account of assistance calls, the last was on wednesday and the operator replied to wait, after a few seconds told me that they were working on my problem and I would call them the following Friday .... I'm still waiting! Unfortunately legally they are ultratutelati so if you want to recede I pay fior of euro or you attack. Congratulations you are the TOP.

CERTO NEI MOMENTI DI MAGGIOR AFFLUENZA, LA VELOCITA' CALA,( è normale) MA SI MANTIENE SEMPRE SU VALORI PIU' CHE ACCETTABILI E CONSENTE COMUNQUE DI VEDERE FILM STREAMING E NAVIGARE ONLINE SENZA PROBLEMI!! CUSTOMER FROM JULY 2018, NO PROBLEM, EXCELLENT CONNECTION, IF THERE IS A PROBLEM SUFFERED TO CONTACT IT AND RESOLVE IN A VERY LONG TIME. Non vedo l'ora che scada il contratto per essere libera di cambiare. I have been a customer for two years and I must say that I have not found myself well at all. Per me un'incredibile delusione non solo per il commerciale anche per i mega promessi. A casa mia 10 mega, come da contratto, non si sono mai visti. Read well everything you sign and hope you don't have to leave before the contract expires, otherwise the penalties are very high. For me an incredible disappointment not only for the commercial, even for the mega promises. At my house, 10 megs, as per contract, have never been seen.

In pratica: abitate in zone non raggiunte da ADSL/Fibra nella provincia di Grosseto (e parte di quella di Siena e Livorno)? Linkwave vi installa un'antenna sul tetto di casa e navigate a banda larga anche dispersi "in mezzo al nulla"! It is not a "telephone company", but a WISP, "Wireless Internet Service Provider". In practice: do you live in areas not reached by ADSL / Fibra in the province of Grosseto (and part of that of Siena and Livorno)? Linkwave installs an antenna on the roof of your house and surf broadband even if "in the middle of nowhere"!
R	Roberto Verri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allora, inanzitutto ci tengo a dire che sono ormai due anni purtroppo che sono un cliente linkwave, ho preso il contratto business "veloce" con 20 mbps, mai raggiunti nemmeno per scherzo! Ho provato numerose volte a risolvere i problemi del wi fi, chiamando l'assistenza speravo di risolvere, e una volta spiegato il problema agli operatori, hanno risposto semplicemente con "Non è possibile" riattaccando dopo poco, sconsigliatissima. So, first of all I want to say that unfortunately I am a linkwave customer for two years now, I took the "fast" business contract with 20 mbps, never even reached for a joke! I tried numerous times to solve the wi fi problems, calling the assistance I hoped to solve, and once the problem was explained to the operators, they simply replied with "It is not possible" and hung up shortly after, highly discouraged.
