★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi ero affidato a loro per il cambio frizione e cinghie distribuzione della mia Alfa 159 spendendo molti molti soldi.Dopo un anno si rompe un cuscinetto della cinghia dei servizi.Mi dicono che la cinghia non l'hanno sostituita perche era a posto,quindi pago il ripristino un paio di centinaia di euro,cifra tutto sommato modesta .Dopo neanche un mese si rompe qualcosa nella testata,la riporto da loro e mi dicono che dei frammenti del cuscinetto sono entrati ed hanno fatto dei danni. Dico di non riparare piu niente e sfinito vendo la macchina ad uno sfasciacarrozze. Cosa che assolutamente non mi aspettavo, dopo tutti i soldi che gli ho dato, mi chiedono di pagare il costo dello smontaggio che hanno dovuto fare per la diagnosi del guasto
I had relied on them to change the clutch and timing belts of my Alfa 159 spending a lot of money.After a year a bearing on the service belt breaks.They tell me that they haven't replaced the belt because it was fine, so I pay the restoration a couple of hundred euros, a modest figure. After less than a month something breaks in the head, I bring it back to them and they tell me that some fragments of the bearing have entered and have done some damage. I say not to repair anything and exhausted I sell the car to a junkyard. Which I absolutely did not expect, after all the money I gave them, they ask me to pay the cost of the disassembly that they had to do for the diagnosis of the fault

Replaced the rear springs, work less than 1H per spring (already done by others). They billed me 4H 30min! I will not use them anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ai miei genitori non partiva l'auto dopo essere stati in ospedale e l'assicurazione ha inviato quest'officina per il soccorso. Lo ho contattati telefonicamente spiegando la loro situazione (medica) e hanno dirottato subito il soccorso da loro diminuendo il tempo di attesa di sicuro di mezz'ora. Veramente bravi !! Grazie ancora!!!
My parents didn't start their car after they went to the hospital, and the insurance company sent this repair shop to help. I contacted them by phone explaining their (medical) situation and they immediately diverted the rescue from them by decreasing the waiting time for sure by half an hour. Really good !! Thanks again!!!
