Orari, ottimi, dalle 8.30 alle 19.30, con pausa di un paio di ore a pranzo. Un po' fuori mano la sede. I went to the office to collect a package, the girl was kind and the clerk was quick to deliver. Hours, excellent, from 8.30 to 19.30, with a break of a couple of hours for lunch. A little out of the way the venue.

Nonostante i miei alti e bassi nel numero di spedizioni gestite negli ultimi vent'anni, non posso non notare la quasi totale assenza di errori: bravissimi! I have been attending the Udine office for many years and I have seen the passage of time, the continuous regulatory compliance always at the highest levels, the speed of responses and the kindness of the staff. Despite my ups and downs in the number of shipments handled over the last twenty years, I cannot fail to notice the almost total absence of errors: very good!

Ne vengono consegnati 2 con 5 giorni di ritardo creandoci un danno visto che c'era del materiale da distribuire con una certa scadenza. Del 3 collo non si sa nulla. Ci rechiamo in sede e ci viene assicurato che il corriere lo porterà entro la serata. Nessun arrivo. Ritorniamo in sede ed il pacco riusciamo a ritirarlo. Non era neanche più sul corriere quindi chissà quando sarebbe arrivato se non ci fossimo recati lì. La signora della reception è stata gentile. Si lamentano pure perchè alla consegna non diciamo grazie. Ma non prendiamoci in giro. Morale della favola: pacchi arrivati con 7 gg di ritardo. Materiale interno inutilizzabile. Al telefono non rispondo mai. Il nostro giudizio negativo è sulla gestione non sulla singola persona. Alla fine per prenderci in giro visto che non abbiamo detto grazie, l'operatore ci augura pure buon natale. "Un bel tacer non fu mai scritto! BRANCH OF UDINE - The package was to be delivered on Friday 11 December (3 packages). 2 are delivered 5 days late, causing us damage since there was material to be distributed with a certain deadline. Nothing is known about the 3rd package. We go to the office and we are assured that the courier will bring it by the evening. No arrival. We go back to the office and we manage to collect the package. It wasn't even on the courier anymore so who knows when it would have arrived if we hadn't gone there. The reception lady was nice. They also complain because we don't say thank you on delivery. But let's not fool ourselves. Moral of the story: parcels arrived 7 days late. Unusable internal material. I never answer the phone. Our negative judgment is on the management not on the individual person. In the end to make fun of us since we didn't say thank you, the operator also wishes us a Merry Christmas. Il corriere responsabile della consegna del mio pacco ha dichiarato che l'indirizzo da me fornito (e specifico essere l'indirizzo di casa mia) non esiste, o è errato. E codesta persona non ha neppure chiamato il numero da me fornito per provare a consegnare il pacco, ha semplicemente deciso che la mia casa non esiste. Io ho pagato per una consegna rapida (dal Regno Unito) e ad ora non so nemmeno se il pacco verrà consegnato a casa mia o se noi dovremo recarci alla filiale per prendercelo. Ovviamente non hanno comunicato niente a nessuno. Spero almeno in un rimborso. If I could give 0 stars I would gladly do it. The courier responsible for delivering my package stated that the address I provided (and specifically being my home address) does not exist, or is incorrect. And that person didn't even call the number I provided to try to deliver the package, they just decided my house doesn't exist. I paid for fast delivery (from the UK) and as of now I don't even know if the package will be delivered to my home or if we will have to go to the branch to pick it up. Obviously they didn't communicate anything to anyone. I hope at least for a refund.
