★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi si è staccata l antenna della mia Audi 1 Recatomi il giorno successivo in tale concessionaria mi è stato detto che bisognava sostituirla con una nuova e il preventivo a lavoro concluso oltre 500 euro . .una follia L appuntamento non prima di 10 giorni.Ho lasciato una caparra di 50 euro.Dato che avevo un buco sul tetto ho contattato un amico per poter usufruire del lavoro prima dei 10 giorni Trivato mi ha rimesso a posto la antenna già esistente in 2 ore di lavoro con un prezzo di un quarto di quello richiesto Ok ho avvisato la concessionaria di annullare l appuntamento e se potevo usufruire di un buono per i 50 euro antcipati ,mi hanno risposto che l antenna era già arrivata e dovevano???restituirla perché non tengono quel tipo di ricambio in magazzino e che per rispedirla dovevano pagare 70 euro Ho minacciato di dare disposizione al mio legale di intercedere sul caso non per la cifra ma per la presa in giro e mi è stato proposto un buono per la stessa cifra ma solamente per un tagliando e solo sulla mia vettura Non posso quindi usufruire della cifra per acquistare ricambi o per un tagliando su un altra autovettura Sto valutando se adire a vie legali visto che non serviva l antenna nuova e il prezzo era maggiorato di 4 volte rispetto ad un officina e un elettrauto di mia fiducia
The antenna of my Audi 1 came off. When I went to the dealership the next day, I was told that it had to be replaced with a new one and the estimate at the end of the job was over 500 euros. .a madness The appointment no earlier than 10 days. I left a deposit of 50 euros. Since I had a hole in the roof I contacted a friend to be able to use the job before 10 days. Trivato put my existing antenna back in place. 2 hours of work with a price of a quarter of what was requested Ok I advised the dealership to cancel the appointment and if I could take advantage of a voucher for the 50 euros in advance, they replied that the antenna had already arrived and they had to return it because they do not keep that type of replacement in stock and that to return it they had to pay 70 euros I threatened to instruct my lawyer to intercede on the case not for the amount but for the mockery and I was offered a voucher for the same amount but only for a service and only on my car I cannot therefore use the amount to buy spare parts or for a service on another car I am considering whether to take legal action since the anten was not needed It is new and the price was 4 times higher than in a garage and an auto electrician of my trust
