Apro una richiesta al servizio clienti jeep per la sostituzione dell'autoradio che presenta problemi di funzionamento dopo poco più di 2 anni di utilizzo e con meno di 30.000 km. Mi richiedono preventivo di spesa da parte di un'officina autorizzata jeep. Mi rivolgo a Moreno che, dopo avermi lasciato senza veicolo per 4 giorni, mi informa che jeep non risponde della sostituzione in garanzia e che posso andare a ritirare il mezzo. Al ritiro la bella sorpresa di una fattura di 125 €. Per un preventivo?! Senza parole. Davvero da evitare. Unqualifiable. I contact Moreno who, after leaving me without a vehicle for 4 days, informs me that Jeep is not responsible for the replacement under warranty and that I can go and collect the vehicle. Upon withdrawal, the nice surprise of an invoice of € 125. For a quote ?! Without words. Really to be avoided.

Ho fatto due tagliandi dacia a Cesena, il terzo dovrei farlo a Faenza: 100 km e mezza giornata per fare un tagliando. Ritengo vergognoso che vendendo anche marchi Renault non si possa attrezzare un'officina per seguire gli acquirenti. Veramente di bassa qualità, non posso fare altro che non consigliare, vivamente! I clienti si acquistano con enormi sforzi e professionalità e con leggerezza senza confronto si perdono...
