Personale poco serio insomma una vergogna!!!! Li ho denunciati loro ancora nn lo sanno ma presto saranno kiamati dal mio legale!! Ho acquistato un auto e da contratto avrei dovuto avere: tagliando, revisione, sostituzione bombole e revisione gpl, e cambio gomme. Invece al momento dell'acquisto mi sono ritrovato senza tagliando né revisioni di alcun tipo. Sono dovuto andare in motorizzazione, in officina per le revisioni e poi ritornare a cesena una terza volta per il tagliando (il tutto è durato più di un mese). Il venditore Samer mi aveva promesso di fare anche la distribuzione al momento del tagliando, invece dopo aver portato la macchina in officina... sono spariti tutti! Sono stato una settimana senza auto e senza avere notizie perché né Samer né la sua collaboratrice hanno più risposto alle mie chiamate o ai miei messaggi. Ho dovuto contattare personalmente il loro meccanico altrimenti sarei rimasto senza auto per chissà quanto tempo. I made the mistake not to trust the online reviews. I purchased a car and as a contract I should have had: coupon, overhaul, cylinder replacement and LPG overhaul, and tire change. Instead at the time of purchase I found myself without a coupon or revisions of any kind. They had to go in the engine, in the workshop for reviews and then return to Cesena a third time to the coupon (the whole thing lasted over a month). The seller Samer had promised me to also do the distribution at the time of the coupon, instead after bringing the car to the workshop ... they all disappeared! I spent a week without a car and without news because neither Samer nor his collaborator responded to my calls or messages. I had to contact their mechanic personally otherwise I would have been without a car for who knows how long.
M	Mr. Wolf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auto acquistata da poco,dicevano che prima di darmela avrebbero messo a punto l'auto ,invece me la danno tutta sporca ,dentro e fuori con due dita di polvere e tappezzeria sportelli da buttare....GPL che non funziona .....benzina che che non segna bene quanta ce ne sia nel serbatoio ....gomme termiche in pieno luglio ....apro il cofano (cosa che loro non hanno mai fatto) e trovo...batteria completamente libera da fermo o altro che la possa tenere ben saldata sotto cofano ....idem per il serbatoio acqua tergicristalli completamente libero non fissato ...si poteva prendere in mano per dire .....zero olio...zero acqua carburatore ....zero acqua tergicristalli ....tubo carburatore che perde acqua ....e filtro GPL da cambiare a 128000 km....l'auto ne ha tutt'ora 214000 km alemno così mi è stata venduta ....sospensioni che cigolavano e facevano forti rumori..mi dicono di portargli l'auto che entro due gg sistemavano tutto ....passa una settimana e mi dicono che il problema al GPL è stato risolto ma tutto il resto no ....e che me la devo riprendere così com'è....la vado a prendere e aveva due strisciate e graffi sul paraurti davanti e dietro .....non ho parole ....se essere rivenditore d'auto e avere una concessionaria significa comprare e rivendere senza metter mano al auto che si rivende allora siamo tutti dei rivenditori professionali !!......delusione totale. Tra l'altro ho permutato un SUV senza una pecca lucidato a dovere dentro e fuori full optional con 146000 km mi hanno dato un auto con 214000 km che cade A PEZZI!!! I'm going to get it and it had two scrapes and scratches on the front and rear bumpers ..... I have no words ... . if being a car dealer and having a dealership means buying and reselling without putting your hand to the car you sell, then we are all professional dealers !! ...... total disappointment. Among other things, I exchanged an SUV without a flaw properly polished inside and out full optional with 146000 km they gave me a car with 214000 km that falls IN PIECES !!!

Ho acquistato 6 mesi fa una Chevrolet Cruze e dopo 5000€ di fatture in riparazioni per TUTTI I PEZZI DI CONSUMO ANDATI MALE, ho deciso di controllare i km presso il Ministero Dei Trasporti. Che dire, mi hanno venduto un'auto con 143.000km segnati sul cruscotto, invece ho scoperto che una volta entrati in possesso dell'auto, hanno taroccato i km da 189.500 a quello che segnava la macchina. LADRI DI M....!!!!!!!! Verranno contattati dal mio legale al più presto. Leggete i commenti, non acquistate nulla e denunciateli!!!! LADRI del terzo mondo! Morti di fame! GPL non funzionante dopo 1 mese ha iniziato a perdere olio, ogni 15 km la macchina si fermava. Dopo neanche 1 anno nonostante gli avesso fatto il Catalizzatore nuovo l ho dovuta buttare. Ladri samer e tutta la famiglia. Ladri ladri ladri non vi fidate. Attention. Scammers. They sold me a car that showed 110,000 km but had 300,000 real ones. Catalyst completely gone. LPG not working after 1 month it started leaking oil, every 15 km the car stopped. After less than 1 year, despite having made the new Catalyst, I had to throw it away.
