Mi è costato 400 euro di sola manodopera per un banale problema con la bombola che è riuscito a risolvere solo al terzo tentativo (forse) la terza volta che gliel ho portata dopo essere rimasto a piedi. Senza nemmeno scusarsi per il disagio che creato a me e la mia famiglia nonostante gli abbia Fatto provare anche l auto e dimostrargli che non aveva riparato il problema si mostrava arrogante e presuntuoso asserendo che usavo gas non buono. Non mi ha fatto nemmeno 10 euro di sconto sulla manodopera. Ha eseguito lavori non richiesti gravando sul prezzo finale. Vengono in contro alle esigenza del cliente. Soddisfatto anche per il prezzo pagato la macchina ora va bene. L'avete restituita dicendo che secondo i vostri test era tutto perfettamente funzionante e abbiamo provveduto a pagarvi il lavoro, ma rimontata sul mezzo il malfunzionamento si riproponeva, inviata in un altro centro ne hanno constatato la reale problematica, non funzionava. Sostituita e risolto il problema veniva pagata un'altra fattura per lo stesso lavoro fatto da altri ... forse non proprio lo stesso lavoro mi viene da dire... Ovviamente al nostro cliente non abbiamo fatto pagare il lavoro due volte, ma solo il lavoro ben eseguito. Caro sig. Gabriele è vero che chi lavora sbaglia, sbagliamo anche noi, ma è anche vero che bisognerebbe saper riconoscere gli errori con meno arroganza e un pò di umiltà ... e no non abbiamo fatto "paciughi " sulla centralina per il gusto di pagare un nuovo controllo... ovviamente per 84 € non prenderemo un legale come da lei suggerito, semplicemente si interrompe ogni rapporto di lavoro con voi. Dimenticavo ! anche per la chiusura centralizzata del carro attrezzi, lavoro da voi eseguito per il quale aspetto ancora di essere richiamato, non funziona, e no ...nemmeno quello è stato "paciugato", ma risolveremo diversamente pagando un altra fattura, da altri.
