Unica pecca a differenza di altri marchi che iniziano a invogliare l'acquisto con i gadget come tazzine,cucchiaini,kit assaggio,possibile che ai clienti abituali oltre la vecchia promo della tessera(ogni 5 scatola 1 in omaggio)ora praticamente annullata dopo gli aumenti non si è pensato a includere all'interno delle scatole da 100 capsule una tazzina omaggio o qualcosa attinente al caffè?
E se sono così preziose queste tazzine che acquistiamo nei punti delle boutique facciamo che all'acquisto di almeno ogni 3 scatole una tazzina.
Dai su un po' di inventiva.
Ve lo scrive una cliente biennale ormai.
