a	al Do on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 stella perché non è previsto zero. Telefonato 2 settimane fa allo spaccio aziendale ed una voce maschile ci dice che sono aperti tutto agosto. Trovandoci in ferie ad ISOLA DEL GRAN SASSO decidiamo di fare 4 ore di viaggio (andata e ritorno) per comprare 50 kg di pasta (scorta di 12 mesi) arriviamo allo stabilimento e l'addetto alla portineria (somigliantissimo a checco zelone) ci dice che è chiuso, chiediamo il perché avendo fatto più di 2 ore di viaggio ed erano le 10.30 del mattino; l'addetto ci risponde che era chiuso lo spaccio per un impegno imprevisto del suo collega alle nostre rimostranze faceva spallucce e ci rispondeva che non era previsto un sostituto e non ha nemmeno ritenuto opportuno di scusarsi a nome del suo collega e dell'azienda che lui rappresentava come front end. 1 star because zero is not provided. Being on holiday at ISOLA DEL GRAN SASSO we decide to do 4 hours of travel (round trip) to buy 50 kg of pasta (12 months supply) we arrive at the factory and the porter (very similar to checco zelone) tells us that it is closed, we ask why having made more than 2 hours of travel and it was 10.30 in the morning; the clerk replies that the shop was closed due to an unexpected commitment from his colleague to our grievances, he shrugged and replied that there was no substitute and did not even consider it appropriate to apologize on behalf of his colleague and the company that he represented as a front end.

Dopo un anno, sono tornata per fare acquisti e il negozio è aperto solo di lunedì, oggi venerdì tanti i turisti avrebbero voluto acquistare, del resto é fine settimana. Chi volete passi di lunedì? ....orari non aggiornati sul sito....peccato perché ci sono passata apposta......?? The pasta is good, penne with flax seeds and more are also special. After a year, I went back to shop and the shop is only open on Mondays, today Friday many tourists would have liked to buy, after all it's a weekend. Bisognerebbe sapere la percentuale di glifosato presente nella pasta. Poi ho impiegato tempo per vedere il tempo di cottura del riso n°66... sta nella parte inferiore della busta con la scritta nera sullo sfondo verde...non ho parole! Se fanno la pasta come trattano i clienti, sarà una tragedia. Non la compro piu visto il trattamento ricevuto I have written 4 times and phoned 5 times if I will ever be able to speak to someone from the sales department. I have the best memories of this place, that time, the quality of making pasta, the fresh eggs coming in the morning and the beautiful Verde River back of the hotel and factory. I still buy your products in my country, they have the most incredible quality and the memories of that time makes them more delicious. It has been a great gift to find these pictures and see that everything seems the same. Congratulations.
