★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here a year ago and gave a 5 star. Now it's a 3 at most.
Oysters ( 3 eur each) and prawns (20 eur) were fine as expected.
However porcellino sardo (suckling pig, 18 eur) was quite on the dry side.
Antipasti buffet was supposed to be meat and fish but there was hardly any meat and mostly fish from cans. A refill was charged half as much again as the original antipasto (12 + 6).
Finally, house red wine was cheap (4 euro for half caraffe) but terrible Cannonau, Sardinia has so much better to offer.
Polite service though the only waiter was overworked once the room started to fill up.
Not worth 40 euro per person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had some apps and the Seafood pasta and it was the best. They offer no menu experience but I ordered instead as recommended by my waiter. My best dinner in Rome flavour wise.
Service was a bit lacking. Took too long to order and longer to get the check and settle. Hope they improve here as it was very noticeable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn't very busy when we arrived. Staff was very pleasant. Food was a bit salty but good al dente pasta.
Be aware of whatever 'complimentary' items given, you will be billed for it and not warned of this when given.
Half the menu items were also not be available so choices were limited to only two items per course.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless waiter and restaurant.. 12 meat dishes on the meany only 2 available ( the available dishes weee 20 and 18 euros each ). Asked for a beer right away it was hot and I I was thirsty he plonked a massive bottle of beer on the table unopened turned his back without a word and went off. ( didn’t ask my guest what he wanted to drink ). Of the pasta dishes again only a couple of dishes available from the many on the menu. I asked for a mixed salad to start and share and some pasta dishes. He forgot to bring the salad. It seems it Italy salad are served after the pasta ( I didn’t know ). Any way the salad was finally plonked on the table ( it consisted of lettuce and lettuce ) and of course he plonked a big bottle of olive oil next to it LOL. Rome has been fantastic, restaurants food and museums and people. But this is the one place you need to avoid.
