★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So we were walking around Rome and we came to this restaurant. We were in a big group so we had to be split, but we kinda expected that. They had very limited English Menus and there was a lot of misspellings and the food sounded gross because of the translations. Then the worst part is that we waited 25 minutes to order, then another 75 minutes to get our food. The pizza we ordered wasn’t terrible but it could have been better. They never refilled our water and no one looked like the enjoyed their job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Italian pizza made in front of you, tasted pretty great, I accidentally ordered a dessert with coconut which I cannot eat. and unintentionally ordered a pizza with little meat on but it still tasted good. Good quick service, football was on, and place was cool and modern.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing Neapolitan style pizzas with great tasting dough.. Service is super friendly and yes, some of the servers speak English. It's a neighborhood-y joint away from the main tourist drags, but worth going out of your way for.. Everyone eating here is local, so you know it's good! I highly recommend their gourmet pizzas or anything with burrata cheese.

Lovely outdoor patio with local wines and a very good spritz.
The carbonara was light on sauce, but maybe the most flavorful pasta I've ever had. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited PummaRe to do a pasta cooking class by @insideat_ booked through tripadvisor. This was an excellent activity, well worth the time and effort. The chef Andrea was friendly, professional and helpful. We made fresh pasta, ravioli and tiramisu and then had a lovely meal of the food we ate. I would highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice dinner overall. Starters are really great, especially the fried bread with tomato, and also the Neapolitan-inspired pizza it’s worth a try.
Quality of ingredients it’s a first choice, truly particular.
