Prosciutteria, salumeria e formaggeria, slow food, gastronomia, vi si possono trovare specialità di tutte le regioni. Ho trovato , io romano trapiantato a Crema, il Salva cremasco, difficilissimo da reperire se non in zona di produzione. Ideale per i turisti in cerca di un pasto veloce ed economico, invece del solito panino confezionato si compra al mercato del trionfale il pane , o meglio ancora la "pizza bianca" che Roberto e Luigi riempiranno a seconda dei vostri gusti, con salumi , formaggi di grande qualità e soprattutto freschi. Possono confezionare buste sotto vuoto per specialità da portare a casa anche molto lontano.
