★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamattina pessima accoglienza (se si può definire accoglienza) ho aspettato quasi 15' fuori.Dopo aver suonato più di una volta sulle le porte scorrevoli nessuna risposta, mi sono anche sbracciata per farmi notare poi forse mossi a compassione mi ha risposto un operatore dal citofono che non ho fatto parlare, perché le mie questioni private di banca non le espongo per citofono a qualsiasi voce che non posso guardare in faccia dopodiché mi ha riattaccato, diciamo in faccia. Sono entrata ma non ho risolto nulla, non avevo più voglia di aspettare.Ho fatto presente che avrei scritto un'email alla direzione per esporre questa specie di accoglienza....Solo per chiedere un informazione succede questo? Faccio presente che nella vostra banca ho 2 conti da molti anni, sono veramente delusa......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa banca ha lo sportello per il versamento degli assegni rotto da mesi e quando ho sollevato il problema ad un funzionario interno la risposta é stata: ieri funzionava.
Ora perché zero stelle non si possono mettere ma vi assicuro che metterei anche di meno se fosse possibile
