★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno in data 14/10/2020 mi madre, è stata contattata al cellulare dalla signora Valentina Dal Fiume per una cessione del quinto sulla pensione, è stato fissato in data 16/10/2020 l'appuntamento presso il nostro domicilio con il signor Manuel Rubesco per l'acquisizione del documento identificativo e tessera sanitaria di mia madre con raccolta firme per la privacy per procedere con la preparazione di un preventivo, ci è stato più volte detto che entro lunedì 19/10/2020 avremmo ricevuto una chiamata con l'eventuale preventivo, in tal proposito al signor Rubesco è stato lasciato codesto indizzo email per avere copia cartacea del preventivo.
Ad oggi, 28/10/2020, non è stato ricevuto nulla, ne via telefono ne via mail.
Vorremmo capire se questa cessione del quinto può essere fatta o no.
Sarebbe stato molto professionale avere notizie anche in senso negativo su questo presunto preventivo.

Good morning on 14/10/2020 my mother, was contacted on the cell phone by Mrs. Valentina Dal Fiume for a transfer of the fifth on the pension, the appointment was set on 16/10/2020 at our home with Mr. Manuel Rubesco for the acquisition of my mother's identification document and health card with privacy signatures to proceed with the preparation of a quote, we have been told several times that by Monday 19/10/2020 we would receive a call with the any estimate, in this regard Mr. Rubesco was given this email address to have a hard copy of the estimate.
As of today, 28/10/2020, nothing has been received, either by phone or email.
We would like to understand if this assignment of the fifth can be done or not.
It would have been very professional to have news even in the negative about this alleged estimate.
