C	Chiara Beltutti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella location ma l'hotel va modernizzato totalmente. Le stanze vecchie con stampe cinesi orribili. Il bagno faceva terrore, neanche il bidet. L'unica speranza è che la nuova gestione possa dare un nuovo aspetto all'hotel Nice location but the hotel needs to be totally modernized. The old rooms with horrible Chinese prints. The bathroom was terrifying, not even the bidet. The only hope is that the new management will give the hotel a new look

Il personale è stato molto gentile e professionale, nonostante siamo arrivati più tardi dell’orario massimo di check-in ci hanno aspettato e accolto con gentilezza. La camera ha uno stile semplice e sia la camera che le parti comuni sono pulite. La colazione è buona, ci sono prodotti sia dolci che salati (formaggio, prosciutto, pane, ecc..) e ci sono anche prodotti senza glutine. Se dovessi tornare a Frabosa Soprana tornerei in questo hotel. I stayed in this hotel with my family one night. The staff was very polite and professional, although we arrived later than the maximum check-in time, they waited and welcomed us with kindness. The room has a simple style and both the room and the common parts are clean. Breakfast is good, there are both sweet and savory products (cheese, ham, bread, etc ..) and there are also gluten-free products. If I were to go back to Frabosa Soprana I would go back to this hotel.

Giusto per la prima impressione una verniciata a ringhiera e termosifoni sarebbe direi indispensabile.personale eccezionale posizione stupenda e strategia ... A questo prezzo direi molto bene.torneremo I was looking for an easy-going place with no frills and this is it. Yes, a little dated but I don't find it a flaw. Just for the first impression a varnished railing and radiators would be indispensable.
M	Mauro Cappuccio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La prima cosa che mi sento di dire è che siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti della pulizia delle stanze (per nulla scontata), i proprietari sono molto gentili e simpatici. Le stanze sarebbero gradite un filo più grandi, perlomeno quelle con più letti, ma alla fine lo spazio è sufficiente per dormire e rilassarsi. Parcheggio ben più che sufficiente. Molto probabilmente torneremo! The first thing I would like to say is that we were very satisfied with the cleanliness of the rooms (not at all obvious), the owners are very kind and nice. The rooms would like a little bigger, at least those with more beds, but in the end there is enough space to sleep and relax. More than enough parking. We will most likely be back!
M	Maddy Harding on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were lovely but the beds are very squeaky and there was only a very thin duvet, there was only a choice of a few meat sandwiches for lunch, breakfast was amazing though although only had one type of croissant (apricot) it did have a toastie maker though and sponge cake with a selection of drinks. Dinner was a little too late and long for the children, it started at 19:30 Rome time, the kids enjoyed some of the meals but I would recommend going out for dinner. The slopes we're not good for beginners but perfect for people who have been skiing at least 2 or 3 times before

Available only by the reception desk and not even in the restaurant area. The hotel is in a great location, lots of parking spaces and they do have recharge station for electric bicycle
