★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Chiesa Parrocchiale di S.Giovanni Battista, progettata dall'architetto Francesco Gallo di Mondovì, è situata su una piccola altura e domina l'abitato di Frabosa Soprana (Cn); la sua costruzione è iniziata nel 1701 ma ha potuto essere ultimata e consacrata solo nel luglio del 1775; è ad una sola navata con 3 cappelle per lato ed è stata edificata dagli stessi cittadini molto poveri contribuendo con il lavoro gratuito ed anche con denaro.
The Parish Church of San Giovanni Battista, designed by the architect Francesco Gallo di Mondovì, is located on a small hill and dominates the town of Frabosa Soprana (Cn); its construction began in 1701 but could only be completed and consecrated in July 1775; it has a single nave with 3 chapels on each side and was built by the very poor citizens themselves, contributing with free work and also with money.
