 Excellent value for money, the cuisine is hospitable but quality and abundant. We will return this weekend, the owner always courteous and welcoming.

Tidy rooms and although the decor is not exactly new desinig the hotel is overall welcoming, the hostess is the true soul of the hotel, with pies with homemade jam and really top-quality local cuisine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Partiamo dal presupposto che le camere per quanto piccole dovrebbero essere tenute quantomeno in uno stato decente, invece c’è polvere ovunque, anche sui comodini e sui letti che sono le cose più esposte. I bagni sono piccoli e l’acqua da doccia bidè e lavandino esce bianca gialla e rossa. Acqua delle docce gelata. Mancavano le lenzuola e gli asciugamani che hanno provveduto a farci trovare piegate sul letto senza nemmeno averle infilate , così ho dovuto rifare da solo tutto il letto. Alcune chiavi aprono più camere ed è segnato il numero di ogni camera apribile con quella chiave.Telefono in camera impolverato e inutilizzabile perché non funzionante. Le prese sono posizionare proprio sopra il letto rendendo difficile attaccare il caricabatterie senza rovinarlo e renderlo storto. Metto due stelle perché la cucina è abbastanza buona e casereccia , le porzioni non abbondantissime ma giuste . Staff simpatico
We assume that the rooms, however small they should be kept at least in a decent state, instead there is dust everywhere, even on the bedside tables and beds which are the most exposed things. The bathrooms are small and the water from the shower, bidet and sink comes out in white, yellow and red. Frozen shower water. There were no sheets and towels that made us find folded on the bed without even putting them on, so I had to make the whole bed myself. Some keys open several rooms and the number of each room that can be opened with that key is marked. Telephone in the room dusty and unusable because it does not work. The sockets are placed right above the bed making it difficult to attach the charger without ruining it and making it crooked. I put two stars because the cuisine is quite good and homemade, the portions are not very abundant but just right. Friendly staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Albergo ristorante valido. Buona la cucina, la posizione e le camere. Ideale per gruppi e famiglie. Comodo il parcheggio. Vicino ad un campo da calcio in erba. A poca distanza da Frabosa soprana.
Valid hotel restaurant. Good food, location and rooms. Ideal for groups and families. Convenient parking. Near a grass soccer field. Not far from Frabosa soprana.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ritiro sportivo con 30 ragazzi (calcio). Se qualcuno mi dice che i "liguri" sono spilorci gli sparo nelle gambe! Andate all' albergo Italia e capirete chi è veramente con le braccine corte!
Camera senza tapparella, asciugamani bucati e tipo cartavetro (sono rimasti i nodi del tessuto) da quanti anni vengono usati; shampoo inesistente; mezza vasca da bagno (pericolosa!);
ragazzi di 10-11 che mangerebbero anche le tovaglie hanno ricevuto razioni da "DIETA" ... (cosa costa gettare un pacco di pasta in più???); un panino a testa e so solo io come ho dovuto espormi per averne altri! Pazzesco! Due bottiglie di acqua minerale per tavolo con 6/7 ragazzi (dopo allenamento!)....poi.. centellinate; tovaglie di carta ...se a colazione si sporcano...vorrai sostituirle per pranzo? NO! A pranzo abbiamo mangiato (noi adulti) con tovaglia sporca di nutella, marmellata ecc. perchè alla mattina avevano usato il nostro tavolo i ragazzi!?!?
Non voglio andare oltre....mi scuso con la titolare per il battibecco avuto sulla richiesta del pane ma non avrei mai pensato di arrivare a tanto. Sono 60 anni che accompagno gruppi di ragazzi a gite scolastiche, settimane bianche, ritiri sportivi......ma MAI mi è capitato una cosa del genere! C'è sempre da imparare...................
Sports retreat with 30 boys (football). If someone tells me that the "Ligurians" are stingy, I'll shoot them in the legs! Go to the Italia hotel and you will understand who really is with short arms!
Room without roller shutter, towels with holes in them and paper-glass type (the knots of the fabric remain) for how many years they have been used; non-existent shampoo; half bath (dangerous!);
10-11 children who would also eat tablecloths received "DIET" rations ... (what does it cost to throw an extra pack of pasta ???); a sandwich each and only I know how I had to expose myself to get more! Crazy! Two bottles of mineral water per table with 6/7 boys (after training!) .... then .. sip; paper tablecloths ... if they get dirty at breakfast ... will you want to replace them for lunch? NO! For lunch we ate (us adults) with a dirty tablecloth of nutella, jam etc. because in the morning the boys had used our table!?!?
I don't want to go any further .... I apologize to the owner for the squabble about the request for bread but I never thought I'd go that far. I have been accompanying groups of children on school trips, white weeks, sports retreats for 60 years ... but this has NEVER happened to me! There is always something to learn ...................
