Una volta trovato il nuovo outlet, Avrei voluto acquistare diversi mobili, ma mi sono sentita cadere le braccia a terra quando la venditrice si è rivolta con fare svogliato, parlando in dialetto stretto! Se siete stanchi di lavorare...fate spazio!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver comprato un armadio,è arrivato a casa con dei difetti, il rivenditore ci ha assicurato che era in garanzia e sarebbero stati sostituiti, dopo un anno tra scuse varie compresa la pandemia e interventi vari dal loro personale perché le ante si bloccavano, sono venuti 4 volte senza risolvere e senza cambiare i pezzi difettati, hanno detto che oramai l'armadio era fuori produzione e per le maniglie difettati ci offrivano un buono di 30 euro, peccato che come valutazione non posso mettere meno 5

Ritiro dal magazzino della merce acquistata e all'accoglienza una certa Paola, prima mi invita con modi sgarbati a stare dietro la linea gialla, poi mi dice chiaramente che non era obbligatorio che acquistassi da loro e averlo fatto è stata una mia libera scelta. Complimenti a chi dopo tanta pubblicità per invogliare i clienti a fare acquisti da loro, mette poi in prima linea elementi tanto scortesi........
