★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio,siamo andati ad ottobre a comprare una parte attrezzata e un mobile dispensa.
Abbiamo chiesto di non avere la parete attrezzata in esposizione,la signorina ci ha garantito che la ordinava nuova. Dopo più di 40 giorni dopo varie insistenze finalmente la consegna ma solo della parete attrezzata. Ci accorgiamo subito che il mobile non é imballato come di fabbrica ma mooooolto alla buona,il mobile presenta urti in alcuni punti,le maniglie lesionate,una montata a metà, mancano i tappi che coprono i buchi,e cosa peggiore l'anta scorrevole con vetro IMBARCATA!!! (Purtroppo alcune cose le abbiamo viste successivamente al montaggio.)Tramite i montatori faccio chiamare il titolare comunicando che avrei dato 200 €meno dell'accordo iniziale. Accetta senza battere ciglio.
Onestamente il prezzo pagato per i mobili acquistati non ne vale assolutamente la pena,per quanto mi riguarda peggio di mondo convenienza.
Il personale è molto scostante. Avevo letto alcune recensioni negative ma non ho voluto dar retta, MAI PIU IN QUEL NEGOZIO!

 Bad service, we went in October to buy an equipped part and a pantry cabinet.
We asked not to have the equipped wall on display, the young lady assured us that she would order it new. After more than 40 days, after several requests, the delivery of the equipped wall is finally achieved. We immediately notice that the furniture is not packed as it was at the factory but soooo badly, the furniture has bumps in some points, the handles damaged, one mounted in the middle, the caps that cover the holes are missing, and worse the sliding door with glass BOARD !!! (Unfortunately we saw some things after editing.) Through the editors I call the owner and tell them that I would have given € 200 less than the initial agreement. Accept without batting an eye.
Honestly the price paid for the purchased furniture is absolutely not worth it, as far as I am concerned, worse than world convenience.
The staff are very unhelpful. I had read some negative reviews but I didn't want to listen, NEVER AGAIN IN THAT SHOP!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso che spendere parole meravigliose per Serafino mobili...stamattina mi hanno consegnato la camera da letto e dal primo giorno che abbiamo messo piede nel loro show room fino al momento del montaggio sono stati impeccabili, grazie di cuore a tutti e sicuramente torneremo per fare altri acquisti da voi
I can only say wonderful words for Serafino furniture ... this morning they gave me the bedroom and from the first day we set foot in their showroom until the moment of assembly they were impeccable, thank you all and surely we will be back for make other purchases from you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da cancellare nella lista di un mobilificio,serietà zero,scortesi,pagamento prima della consegna,ho acquistato una cucina,anta rotta,pensile lesionato,anta della lavastoviglie appena montata tutta rotta ,aspetto ancora che mi chiamano per la sostituzione,tanto loro hanno già incassato......se chiudono è meglio
To be deleted in the list of a furniture factory, zero seriousness, rude, payment before delivery, I bought a kitchen, broken door, damaged wall unit, door of the dishwasher just assembled all broken, I am still waiting for them to call me for the replacement, so much they already have cashed ...... if they close it's better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio poco affidabile, ho acquistato negli anni vari mobili ma l esperienza negativa che ho avuto nn mi è mai capitato, prendono in giro per mesi dicendo che sostituiranno i mobili difettati ma a distanza di un anno ancora nn si è visto nessuno nonostante i vari reclami, mai più questo negozio!!!!
Unreliable shop, I have bought various pieces of furniture over the years but the negative experience I had has never happened to me, they tease for months saying that they will replace the defective furniture but after a year no one has still been seen despite the various complaints , never again this shop !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi, sono in attesa di una riparazione da moltissimo tempo, rinviano sempre e non rispondono mai al telefono! Mai più acquisterò presso questo negozio. L'assistenza clienti non sanno neanche dove si trova.
Bad, they have been waiting for a repair for a very long time, they always postpone and never answer the phone! I will never buy at this shop again. Customer support doesn't even know where it is.

Unprofessional. I ordered some chairs and I was guaranteed delivery in 20 days to date after 2 months still nothing. They keep postponing repeatedly without considering that I have already paid a deposit.
