Cavallotti Cuneo per aver riparato varie volte questo prodotto,e in seguito ripresentandosi il difetto mi venisse sostituito. Grazie anche all' azienda Vorwerk per i suoi validi prodotti e per l'assistenza di persone qualificate.
I have been a customer of Vorwerk products for years, unfortunately I had a problem with a new purchase of the VR 100 sprite robot. Thank you for the promptness and commitment of Mr. Ristorto Davide Alberto, owner of the Nuova Caper 23 assistance point, V. Cavallotti Cuneo for having repaired this product several times, and then reappearing, the defect was replaced. Thanks also to the Vorwerk company for its valuable products and for the assistance of qualified people.

Two weeks ago my wife and I went to Cuneo with our dated vacuum cleaner not working and with little hope of having it efficient again .........
