S	SERGIO MANZONE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamo il mobilificio da cui anni fa avevo acquistato una libreria per un led non funzionante , mi dicono di mandare le foto e poi il nulla e che per la chiamata d'intervento avrei dovuto spendere 30,00€ (diritto di chiamata) .Passano giorni e niente , poi una sera mi chiamano e dicendomi che devono consegnare un tavolo nella mia zona sarebbero passati . Mi dico bene , finalmente .I due tecnici arrivano in casa entrano guardano il led provano a premere un pò la luce e questa riprende a funzionare . Tempo passato 5 /7 minuti al massimo . Uno dei due tecnici mi ricorda il diritto di chiamata e gli chiedo di mandarmi la fattura . La fattura arriva e già ci sarebbe da dire di cui però ero stato avvisato ..ma quello che mi stupisce è che hanno inserito 36 euro di manodopera ...per 5/7 minuti di intervento riuscito per puro caso di una cosa che potevano dirmi di fare al telefono .SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE !!!!!!! One of the two technicians reminds me of the right to call and I ask him to send me the invoice. The invoice arrives and there is already something to say about which, however, I had been warned .. but what amazes me is that they have added 36 euros of labor ... for 5/7 minutes of successful intervention by pure chance of something they could tell me to do on the phone. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!!!!!
