Passeggiando in centro a Bologna, ho notato che in via Clavature avevano aperto un negozio ufficiale Nove25 e sono entrato per visitarlo. La commessa all'interno è stata molto carina, educata e disponibile. Dopo aver visionato diversi anelli ne ho acquistato uno. La commessa mi ha fatto il 15 per cento di sconto previsto come apertura della nuova sede. Ho acquistato un anello misura 22 e dopo essere arrivato a casa l'ho provato e mi sono accorto che mi andava largo, perchè quando l'ho provato a causa del caldo avevo le mani un po' gonfie. Il giorno dopo sono partito per le ferie e ho aspettato il ritorno per poterlo cambiare. il 2 Agosto mi sono recato in negozio per cambiare la misura dell'anello e la commessa mi fa presente che dovevo rimborsare 15 euro che era lo sconto che mi era stato applicato. A questo punto sono sono rimasto molto male, non per le 15 euro, ma per il fatto che pur non avendo cambiato prodotto ma solo la misura ho dovuto subire questo trattamento a dir poco sconcertante e di basso profilo commerciale. Mi dispiace, ma ritengo questa esperienza negativa e deludente. I state that I have been buying Nove25 products for years. Walking through the center of Bologna, I noticed that an official Nove25 shop had opened in via Clavature and I went inside to visit it. The saleswoman inside was very nice, polite and helpful. After viewing several rings, I bought one. The order gave me the 15 percent discount provided for opening the new office. I bought a ring size 22 and after arriving home I tried it and I realized that it fit me well, because when I tried it because of the heat my hands were a bit swollen. The next day I left for vacation and waited for the return to be able to change it. on August 2nd I went to the shop to change the size of the ring and the saleswoman reminds me that I had to reimburse 15 euros which was the discount that was applied to me. At this point I was very upset, not for the 15 euros, but for the fact that despite not having changed the product but only the size, I had to undergo this treatment, which is, to say the least, disconcerting and of low commercial profile. I'm sorry, but I find this experience negative and disappointing.
