Preliminarmente con Walter ho avuto dei reiterati contatti per diverse simulazioni di preventivi per l'acquisto di una Renault Clio full Hybrid .Dopo aver deciso per l'acquisto Walter mi ha presentato Francesca Marcozzi con la quale ho stipulato il contratto di acquisto. Posso dire che sono stati entrambi stupendi sia nella stesura del contratto poichè nonostante l'assillante pressione nel richiedere diverse simulazioni per la parte assicurativa e garanzie supplementari, con grande professionalità e senza far mai trapelare nessun fastidio mi hanno assistito eccellentemente. Sono stati eccezionali sempre, durante l'attesa dell'arrivo del veicolo, nella fase della consegna che nella fase post-consegna. Non posso che consigliare, a pieni voti, questa concessionaria per l'acquisto di un'autovettura. Bravi continuate così con la clientela.- . Baldassarre Domenico. La prima una Sandero che non arrivava e rimpiazzata dopo un paio di mesi con lo stesso modello ma con allestimento superiore. Contentissimo. La seconda una spring con incentivi statali. Omaggio ruota di scorta e cavo di ricarica domestica che erano optional. Da Migliorare: 1) Trasparenza sui tempi di consegna 2) consegna del veicolo elettrico carico. I bought two cars from them, in 2019 and 2022. The first was a Sandero that didn't arrive and was replaced after a couple of months with the same model but with a higher specification. Very happy. The second is a spring with state incentives. Free spare wheel and home charging cable that were optional. To improve: 1) Transparency on delivery times 2) delivery of the laden electric vehicle.

Mi hanno seguito dall'inizio alla fine e sono stati sempre precisi e sinceri anche nelle piccole problematiche che non erano dovute a loro... come, ad esempio, un pochetto di ritardo nell'arrivo dell'auto ma essendoci stata una pandemia di mezzo, è normale che alcuni pezzi ritardino ma loro sono sempre stati gentili e per questo li consiglio vivamente! Non è sempre facile trovare venditori così, perché la maggior parte vogliono solo venderti l'auto e se ne fregano del cliente, mentre loro no... sono stati impeccabili! Grazie!
