Pessimi!! Sono costretta a prenderlo perché non ci sono più altre compagnie che effettuano la mia tratta. Bagno sempre chiuso, agenzia fantasma non risponde mai nessuno. Per quanto riguarda il rimborso dei biglietti poi ......la colpa è sempre dell'utenza
Bad !! I am forced to take it because there are no longer other companies that carry out my route. Bathroom always closed, ghost agency never answers anyone. As for the reimbursement of tickets then ...... the fault is always of the user

Servizio arrivato all’estremo della sopportazione, obbligati a usare le vostre linee autobus essendo le uniche che offrono disponibilità di più orari per Roma. Autobus sempre in ritardo o con guasti, strapieni, dove le prese per caricare il cellulare sono quasi tutte rotte. Controllo green pass/ biglietto inesistente. Posti troppo attaccati non c’è lo spazio ne per mettere uno zaino sopra e quando è strapieno si è obbligati a stare con lo zaino sulle gambe per tutto il tempo. Biglietti costosissimi per un servizio veramente pessimo. Le partenze da Roma Tiburtina sono sempre una tragedia, dato che l’autobus è sempre in ritardo perché prima di arrivare a tiburtina, parte da fiumicino per poi passare a ciampino e puntualmente fa ritardo di circa 1 ora, non fidatevi mai degli orari di partenza/arrivo sul sito. Consiglio caldamente di usufruire altri mezzi o farsi 4h e 30 di treno che sicuramente sono meno stancanti di questo servizio. PS: non vi rimborsano nulla per guasti al veicolo!!!
Service reached the end of endurance, forced to use your bus lines as they are the only ones that offer multiple timetables for Rome. Buses always late or with breakdowns, overcrowded, where the sockets for charging the mobile phone are almost all broken. Green pass / ticket control does not exist. Places that are too close together, there is no space or space to put a backpack on it and when it is full you are forced to stay with the backpack on your lap all the time. Extremely expensive tickets for really bad service. Departures from Rome Tiburtina are always a tragedy, since the bus is always late because before arriving in Tiburtina, it leaves from Fiumicino and then goes to Ciampino and is punctually delayed by about 1 hour, never trust the departure times / arrival on the site. I highly recommend using other means or taking 4h and 30 by train which are certainly less tiring than this service. PS: they do not refund you anything for vehicle breakdowns !!!

Pessimo servizio clienti ed amministrativo. Causa errore nell'acquisto di un biglietto, ho provato a contattare l'amministrazione per QUASI TRE SETTIMANE. Ho inviato almeno tre email e fatto svariate telefonate. Non si sono degnati neanche di dire Sì oppure NO alla mia richiesta. MAI PIU'.
Bad customer and administrative service. Due to an error in purchasing a ticket, I tried to contact the administration for ALMOST THREE WEEKS. I have sent at least three emails and made several phone calls. They didn't even deign to say YES or NO to my request. NEVER AGAIN'.

Ho comprato un biglietto per due persone. Purtroppo il 31, causa covid, non siamo potuti partire. Oggi ho chiamato e non hanno rimborsato, ne fatto un buono, dicendo che ci siamo ricordati tardi. Il 31 era chiuso e gli altri giorni non rispondevano fino ad oggi. Quindi non mi sono ricordata tardi, semplicemente era impossibile contattarli.
I bought a ticket for two people. Unfortunately on the 31st, due to covid, we were unable to leave. I called today and they didn't refund, made a voucher, saying we remembered late. The 31st was closed and the other days did not respond until today. So I didn't remember late, it was simply impossible to contact them.

I use Gaspari Bus for transfer from Fiumicino to L'Aquila. Typically things go pretty smooth....until they did not. I travelled on 2 February L'Aquila to Leonardo Da Vinci airport. One stop at Ciampino. When we get off at Fiumicino my suitcase and the suitcase of another woman were not there anymore: the driver had left them at the Ciampino airport when other passengers disembarked. the driver had abandoned our suitcase! Anybody would have taken care of the problem, but not this driver and not Gaspari Bus. Not their concern. We had to hire a taxi, run to Ciampino, get our suitcase and come back to Fiumicino. 170 Euros taxi ride and the stress. I called Gaspari Bus but never got a reply. Emailed them. No answer. Finally, I had to send a certified email and threatened legal action if they did not reimburse. I checked my bank account today the reimbursement is there. Finally. Gaspari Bus has NO customer care and no respect for the customers. BAD AWFUL SERVICE
