Assistenza dell'assicurazione pessima: copre solo pochissime cose, trova mille scuse, auto in officina 1 mese senza auto sostitutiva, ho dovuto pagare tutto ciò che l'assicurazione non ha voluto riconoscere (manodopera, olio, filtri ecc tutto a causa del guasto) . Il concessionario? Totalmente assente, poco disponibile, non ha contribuito a nessuna spesa su un guasto importante a soli 10 giorni della consegna dell'auto. Bad experience. Purchased Evoque used in June (1 year warranty) left on foot after 10 days .. broken turbine and noise in the drive shaft. Bad insurance assistance: it covers only very few things, makes a thousand excuses, car in the workshop 1 month without a replacement car, I had to pay everything that the insurance did not want to recognize (labor, oil, filters etc. all due to the breakdown) . The dealer? Totally absent, not very available, he did not contribute to any expense on a major breakdown just 10 days after the car was delivered.
