★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza senza glutine bassa, davvero buona e digeribile. Cena in giorno feriale, locale pieno per metà. Consigliato per l'ambiente ampio e con tavoli ben distanziati che hanno reso la cena piacevole, infatti non era disturbata dalle voci di altri clienti né dalla musica. Personale rapido e disponibile.
 Low gluten free pizza, really good and digestible. Dinner on a weekday, half full venue. Recommended for the large setting and with well-spaced tables that made dinner pleasant, in fact it was not disturbed by the voices of other customers or by the music. Quick and helpful staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una delle pizze più buone mangiate a Prato. Digeribile,impasto integrale o bianco, ben lievitato e friabile, con ingredienti freschi di qualità. Personale super cordiale e rapido. Vista sulle mura di Prato dall'interno del locale. Curerei solo la suddivisone dello spazio unico interno che da poca intimità e rimane un po' freddo come aspetto e l'acustica che nel caso le tavolate si riempiano rende necessario il volume alto della voce per parlarsi. Prezzi ottimi. Gentilissimo e disponibile il personale. Consigliato per pizze con amici e colleghi.
One of the best pizzas eaten in Prato. Digestible, wholemeal or white dough, well leavened and crumbly, with fresh quality ingredients. Super friendly and quick staff. View of the walls of Prato from inside the room. I would only take care of the subdivision of the single internal space which gives little intimacy and remains a bit cold as an aspect and the acoustics that in the event the tables become full makes it necessary to have the loud volume of the voice to speak to each other. Great prices. The staff were very kind and helpful. Recommended for pizzas with friends and colleagues.

Le pizze molto buone ma il sevizio da rivedere, perché abbiano aspettato un'ora per l'arrivo delle pizze e poi altri 40 minuti per i dolci (che alla fine non abbiamo preso per la questione della tempistica). Poi, arrivati alla cassa, il cameriere si è pure arrabbiato perché avevamo ordinato i dolci che poi però non abbiamo consumato. Se volete venire in questo ristorante dovete mettere in conto che ci vorranno più di due ore e mezzo per finire la cena, a causa del servizio MOLTO lento.
The location of the restaurant is really nice. The very good pizzas but the service to be reviewed, because they waited an hour for the pizzas to arrive and then another 40 minutes for the desserts (which in the end we did not take due to the timing issue). Then, when we got to the cashier, the waiter was also angry because we had ordered the desserts which we did not consume. If you want to come to this restaurant you have to take into account that it will take more than two and a half hours to finish the dinner, due to the VERY slow service.

Abbiamo preso un antipasto , 2 pizze , acqua , caffè , dolce .
L’antipasto di formaggi coniuga quantità e qualità ,l’abbiamo preso in modo da dividercelo in 2 , siamo rimasti parecchio soddisfatti .
La pizza e’ il vero pezzo forte !!! Il menu è vario e propone pizze semplici con pochi ingredienti in modo da esaltarli . L’impasto è (si può scegliere) verace ma anche croccante al tempo stesso , un connubio che ho trovato in poche pizzerie e che mi ha fatto apprezzare a pieno il locale .
Come dolce abbiamo preso un cheesecake al cioccolato dall’ottimo aspetto e sapore , ottimo e ideale per concludere la piacevole cena .
Consiglio il locale a chi apprezza più il cibo rispetto alla bellezza del luogo .

Large, new, slightly spartan place but in full modern brewery style.
We got an appetizer, 2 pizzas, water, coffee, dessert.
The cheese appetizer combines quantity and quality, we took it so as to divide it into 2, we were very satisfied.
Pizza is the real highlight !!! The menu is varied and offers simple pizzas with few ingredients in order to enhance them. The dough is (you can choose) authentic but also crunchy at the same time, a combination that I found in a few pizzerias and that made me fully appreciate the place.
For dessert we took a chocolate cheesecake with an excellent appearance and flavor, excellent and ideal for finishing off a pleasant dinner.
I recommend the place to those who appreciate food more than the beauty of the place.
