Nel servizio notturno spesso sono sfavati e se non gli dai subito la tessera sanitaria allo sportello per scaricare difficilmente tornano a prenderla allo sportello. Inoltre, non riuscivano a stampare l'esito in inglese, anche se per telefono ci avevano assicurato di poterlo fare! Tempo e pazienza sono parole fondamentali!

Mi sono recata in farmacia di persona e dopo aver preso il numero e aspettato il mio turno per poter pagare, mi viene detto che non posso farlo perché non ho prenotato. Da premettere che dal n°7 che compariva sul display al n°12 che avevo io non si era presentato nessuno e nonostante ciò si sono rifiutati di farmi il tampone. Bad service! Per fare il tampone in farmacia devi prendere l’appuntamento (e fin qui niente di male) ma nel momento in cui arrivi, prendi il numero, fai la fila e paghi per fare il tampone, ti fanno comunque fare un’altra fila all’entrata della farmacia (costringendo le persone a stare attaccate l’una all’altra, talmente tanto che si sente pure che deodorante usa la signora davanti e se il signore dietro si è lavato i denti) e se hai l’appuntamento a loro non interessa minimamente. La cosa strana è che se sei negativo ti portano subito il certificato, se sei positivo te lo portano dopo 30 minuti perché ‘il sistema ci mette tempo a stampare quelli con esito positivo’…. Ho chiesto un tampone per il mio bambino che non si sentiva bene e mi è stato detto : SIAMO DESOLATI, NOI Effettuamo TAMPONI SOLO A PERSONE ASINTOMATICHE! Complimenti per il servizio, vi ricordo che non vendete figurine, avete un ruolo importante soprattutto nel bel bel mezzo di una pandemia!! Bad service! I asked for a tampon for my child who was not feeling well and was told: WE ARE DESOLISHED, WE ONLY TAB TO ASYMPTOMATIC PEOPLE!
